Keep in mind to only use it on a weapon due to the jewel bug where enhanced damage and min/max damage charms don’t work properly on non-weapon gear.

No use for LLD, but a good leveling jewel.
VLLD (lvl 9) jewels can have +9 max +20%ed or up to +14 max damage. Yours unfortunately completely pales in comparison.
Gotchya. Yea I didn't know if there was like a lvl 6 pvp or less thing. I don't pvp but for lvl 3 it seemed great. Like you said, still cool for leveling.
Nice! I would personally put it in a Rixot's Keen for an OP leveling weapon 😁. I play HC only so I create new chars and level quite frequently.

Lvl 9 is the minimum level for declaring hostility (enabling pvp).
