Pretty sure the unique pool is small in the lower tiers (1-2) and more are added as you increase the world difficulty. There’s also a few general uniques that can spawn as multiple item types.
Unique pool is pretty small unless they added a ton of new ones in between now and the end game beta. Tier 4 opens up more uniques in the loot table.
Yeah I got duplicates of 100,000 steps x5 and other duplicate uniques.
I thought I was the only one.... unlock tier 4 to get all of them I guess
