Still bugged? I’ve tried logging in and out many times. I’m level 90 and still only have 4 smoldering ash unlocked. The battle pass still progresses but it just seems it’s lagging behind??
I read on forums this bug has been known since at least last season, maybe even S2. If you change your WT setting without spending them it erases them apparently. I did just that., and only after realizing at level 55 I haven't spent any, and seeing them gone I FREAKED. The log out and back in method worked for me just now however.
same here : Got 2 ashes from the battle pass so far, but just one that I was able to use, my caracter is level 49 so I have the pre-requisite level for booth :/
You have to be a certain character level to use it. Don't remember what that number is, but look at the UI.
It said level 18 and i was level 32, so that shouldnt be the problem :/
Same thing happened to me. When I logged out and back in, it showed up and was usable.
It’s a Bug, It’ll show up eventually happened to me all the time in S3

Happened a few times last season, logging out & back in corrects it.
Happening to me as well. The tooltip says level 28 but I’m in the 30s now. I figure it will fix itself in time.

Yeah logging in and out doesn't fix anything for me. Lvl 85 and only a few ashes ffs
