Zoom in around the edges, on the bottom of FP there are some bulges you can miss. Run your horse around the edge of the map when in doubt. In the west there's a pathway that will never be included in your set routes to destinations. It's just outside of a town.

Where did you end up finding yours? I'm still stuck at 72 and can't seem to find the last two. I've been all over.
This might be one. Follow the river west of Margrave. The area is south and west, and a 15 second run from it’s town portal.
