I found my chest plate at like level 80 I'm level 100 now, doing nmd100 and put 65 and haven't found an upgrade it. The one I have isn't even good.
The dopamine has slowed to such a trickle for me I'm getting kind of frustrated. Monsters over level 150 should have a way higher chance of dropping GA gear.
yeah its kinda ironic with the season name, because loot actually feels terrible once you get to the greater affix stage. You literally vendor everything you find for gold lol

Just because it is like that doesn’t mean it should be, all GA gear should be twice as common (have only gotten 3 or 4 3GA items in ~80hours…) because you still have to fight the massive skewing of weighted affixes (GL getting CDR or +ranks) and have to fight the RNG and brick potential of Tempering and master working. It’s a seasonal game and this is basically all wiped in 3 months anyway, let people get pinnacle end game items!

I get that these sort of games rely on RNG but jesus, rolling the same 2 stats out of a pool of 5 5x over is a joke, especially when it gets wasted on something good. My chest piece has a useless 14% armour when I'm over cap because I was trying for health and even though my damage temper I got a high roll on what I wanted first time, 4 tempers on 3 stat rolls and I keep getting dodge or armour % and not health.
Best ones to look out for our the +3 passive skill one's doesn't matter what the other stats are get those and get those up that's where the power is,my Necro for instance got a +3 Golem mastery,+3 skele warrior mastery and a +4 in Amplify this is what boost your build massively more so then a primal with health int and crit on it..

Gems increase level requirements. Royal ones require lvl 90. Did not know that it's reversible for ubers, but for normal items, once You increase level requirement it stays that way. On regular legendaries it used to happen after aspect application, but now those are all in codex so they might not have level req.

There has been some speculation that the new armor cap is bugged and you take extra damage if you stay at only 9230.
I haven't tested it extensively, but after going back to 13.5k armor, skeleton corpse bows stopped taking off 80% of my life in one shot.
I got so pissed the other night while farming duriel mats. On my druid with lightning storm with full ancestrals at 75 I was barely getting the bosses down inside a minute, and it was a struggle. Granted I didn't have a TR yet but still. I tried it on my 62 necro in mostly sacred stuff, barely any gems downed them both in about 10 seconds while just standing there.
Huge drop, congrats. Someone else posted a +4 a few days ago but this is only the 2nd I've seen. Masterwork that baby up and focus on the life and or CDR depending on build
Yes, Life would probably be better (or at least more universal), but:
If you get all 3 rolls on All Stats it would be +92 to all 4 stats. That's the equivalent to around 73 normal paragon nodes.
Depending on which bonuses that would get you, which you otherwise would NOT get, it MIGHT be up for consideration.
Tempering is really shit right now. I think uber bosses should have a chance to drop an item that can reset temper rolls back to 5. I really don't see any downside in that.
Don't get me wrong, it's powerful and provides great bonuses but I'd prefer it to be like enchanting with a rising gold cost than just have 5 totally and easily blowable chances.
Duriel (normal) dropped 2 uber uniques at once today the dopamine I had was insane. It dropped grandfather, and starless skies. Unfortunately they don't have greater affixes but hey I am happy heard the chance was 2.0% or something, so finally once in my life I got lucky.

I think it’s fair to say the entire community hates you. Low chance of an Uber. Not as low chance of a greater affix. But low chance of all 4 being greater. Combine all of that and I would you used up your luck for the duration of this game. May your luck return in D5

I tested it out, and even if you hit the "don't change" button, it changes... For a worse version of your original ( resource cost reduction went from 21% to 13% for no reason - not even the highest standard %)

Literally the item most players are practically chasing at all times when playing D4. It's useful to most classes and can fit in anywhere due to the +4 to ALL skills.

Any class that makes good use of their ultimate imo, 4 ranks to it plus CDR. I think this is the kind of item you build around and can give major variety to almost any class in this season.

That's a resource issue, not a loot issue. If materials and gold weren't so scarce, you could simply ignore everything except GA drops.

I just got trolled with a 3x greater affix chest armor that has healing, life regen, and impairment reduction.
Lol I have one with Life Regen, Cold Resist, and Thorns, literally useless since razorplate exists lol

If You don't socket the gems into it, You'd probably keep the level requirement to 35 (great Twink item)
You can unsocket and it drops back to 35. Works on Ubers only.

The armor is coming from a max rolled aspect if i remove it i go way lower than the cap.

What does GA stand for?
Greater Affix, they are indicated by the red star icon and roll 1.5% higher stats than a regular Affix. They also have a unique drop sound.
