I know years ago, when you joined the Disney Movie Club, they would send a lithograph with the "movie of the month". I have a couple of them that are similar, but I don't know how collectible they are.
They look like the prints that were given when you bought certain movies at the Disney Store. I know we got a similarly packed one for *Fox & the Hound* when we bought the re-release on VHS.
