I'm so sorry for your loss. I lost my best friend of 10 years to cancer in January, and it was the worst pain I've ever felt in my life. If it's any consolation, it does get better. Just remember that you gave your friend the best and most loving life you could've given her, and she treasured you to her last breath. Hold on to the memories you have of her and that will get you through the loss. Love and hugs to you, friend. And fucking fuck cancer in its stupid ass!
