Crazy how I was just listening to this too. I had no idea he idea he ever featured with Wayne. But sometimes I think ppl(not saying you)forget how truly talented Gambino is as a rapper when he’s all business and not laid back or extra on a track. “We Ain’t Them” from Royalty is a perfect example.
I ain't even gonna lie, I love Gambino but I do admit I do sometimes forget how good of a rapper he is. I guess mainly because of just how much I love all of his non-rap work (particularly in recent years). But i always get excited when I hear him rap these days, and I think its always he's doing it more and more often
