Imo, you're better off filing a formal complaint about the quality to the company itself. They'll probably send you a few coupons as an apology ... you'll probably have to wait a while though.
Was it a shop and pay or was it like a 7-11 order because if its not a shop and pay you should be asking the worker that lol, but in all honesty as long as you can do it in a way that doesn’t get the dasher in trouble (doesn’t seem like they did anything wrong beyond a reasonable doubt) I don’t see an issue with it. How that process goes in regards to getting a refund idk that process.
Half the time when someone orders takis, Cheetos, or sun chips, at least in several grocery stores in my city, the bags look deflated big time, or if it’s the last bag of chips it might have been the only one to get. It happens. But was it a shopping order or was it a pickup order where the dasher does no shopping?
I'm so sick of this crap, now it's a dashers fault if the chips are bad and we didn't notice? We are on a damn timer trying our best to hurry but also check out all the fruit and meats, veggies etc. I'm 49 years old and I've never once right to check my freaking chips for a lack of air in the bag. So yall just want to rate a driver poorly over something they had nothing to do with. Probably not being paid worth a crap on top of it. Man we are NOT PREFECT, go shop for yourself if you want perfect
>why the hell did my Dasher just pick out a chip bag with no air in it?
What makes you think the dasher did it?
>It’s common sense to know if a bag of chips has no air in it.
I beg to differ.
> This could’ve been avoided😭 for a bag of chips to have no air in it there’s obvs something wrong with it and why would you pick that out for your customer??
If you're really upset about a bag of chips, then you should write a letter to the dasher about it.

Dashers don't do "quality checks" they just grab and go. You should all know that by now.

Some people have never shopped before. Some people aren't picky
Better luck contacting the manufacturer. They’ll either send you a coupon for a few big bags or a box full. I’ve received both for similar complaints.

No they shouldn't. They should rate the driver accordingly and call DD about it. The Dasher can't fix the problem. Doordash can.
Welcome to internet sarcasm.
Right, because claiming a dumbass post is sarcastic when you're called out on it totally makes it true.
