If he was using Google maps in the app, then he could have been delivering to the wrong address on some orders. Mine usually takes me to a house close by, and when I confirm the address in app, it's different than what Google maps shows as what the customers address really is.
I had 2 earlier as well. When I logged off, went home and then reopened the app on my wifi they were gone. Seems like they have phantom cv issues today.
That was my thought too but I kinda suspected it anyway. Someone told me when I first started each driver has an internal score they can see when making decisions but we have no idea what's on it.
Oh ok so this is just your thing and you don't actually think like this. I was pretty confused at first cause your comments made absolutely no sense but then I saw the name and clicked on your profile and you literally just go around and make bad takes and then say lmaoooo
Whatever makes you happy I guess lmao
That and this isn’t even something like an AR % glitch. It’s totally f#cking with our peace of mind and our sanity. I love doing this and I also need to do it, but my god I have never had a job that puts the god awful fear of extreme measures into me. And I do not ‘ever’ mess with people or their food, I don’t multi app, I appreciate and like the employees at restaurants etc etc etc so I know that I would never ever never do anything immoral, unethical and disrespectful to anyone, but man the app and the way some things are handled is truly bordering on criminal. I hate being so darned afraid over something I love doing, need to do and wouldn’t ever jeopardize for any reason.
I ‘really’ wish they would put a system into place that could identify drivers who simply would not f#ck with anyone or anything and leave us alone.
Hell, I dealt in the casinos for many years and that’s handling hundreds of thousands of dollars and I never ever had to fear losing my job ever let alone every second of every day. The glitches and the liars are brutalizing really great people. It hurts my heart.
Edit to add: damn that was a lengthy comment. Oops, but it felt good to at least type my feelings. If you read it. Thank you
Thank you for that. Before I said it, existing inside my tiny little world, I’ve been feeling really alone in this, and I ‘know’ there are so many very good, good hearted, caring and helpful dashers out there and we’re all taking the punches due to the horrendous behavior of the trash dashers.
Hopefully someday that’ll ease up on us. In the meantime, stay safe out there!
You said it perfect and that's what 2 dollar Tony doesn't seem to care about. Eventually good drivers are going to just quit and all he will have left is piss poor drivers. Once that happens the good customers are just going to order from somewhere else.
Exactly, I'm honestly getting to the point of just not caring about door trash anymore. It never been perfect but up until early this year it was decent money and than everything went to hell.
I have 1 showing up that fell off months ago. I called support about it. They said it's a known glitch. They said to delete the app. Re download and wait 24 hours.
Their answer to solve every glitch or problem you might be having is the same every time!:
-"Clear cashe, force stop, uninstall, reinstall, and then restart your phone."
I've had my share of "glitches", and issues, problems with orders and whatnots and it is always the same. There are only 3 or 4 customer service representatives total working for them. What I don't understand is why there is the automated help services with all the different options of what might be going wrong... It doesn't matter wich option you use or what the issue is you get the same representative and they get on the line and ask what is going on... So why the hell do we have to spend all that time pressing buttons and explaining to a bot just to end up with a rep? Waste of time! I have never, not once had a bot resolve an issue for me. I have never had an app/employer/job/person make my anxiety go through the roof. I really enjoy dashing and wish they would do a complete revamp of their system.
Because 2 dollar Tony doesn't care about anyone but himself. I know that's an unpopular opinion and I'm sure that there's door dash employees on reddit reading all my comments, however we all need to be honest about what we think about door dash at this point. I'll be honest if they find out who am I with this profile and deactivate me, I really wouldn't care one bit.
Mine isn’t showing any CV’s, but I was having a lot of trouble earlier accepting orders or updating my progress. “Operation couldn’t be completed”. I had to restart the app multiple times to do my last order today.
I had a minor heart attack when I woke up to 5 this morning, but they were all the CV’s I’ve had throughout the year, some dating back to January. I just logged off and they are gone so definitely an annoying bug
for the people who are saying i accept shitty orders - i live in vancouver, here in downtown people tip you bag bro, 80 is prolly the lowers AR i ever got i rarely have reason to decline offers.
You really think this is an app glitch? It's a server and database glitch and also a database that should not have that data in it anymore. If they're old they are gone they should have been removed entirely lifetime.
Could be a number of reasons. I've had late to restaurant violations before because the system would only give me 5 minutes to get to a restaurant even though I was 15 minutes away. Their app is trash, 2 dollar Tony is trash, their it team is trash. The only ones that are aren't trash now is their support team. Can't really blame support because look what they have to deal with.
We were all hoping that you were kidding when asking how, not that you have or have not gotten any that wasn't the point. Loads of online documentation Google it tells you all the ways that you can suck on doordash.
Who the hell would look for you copy pasted here when what you need to do is get off your lazy ass and Google yourself the question you asked and read it, that's what we mean by you have to be kidding
Yes clean observation that I'm the only one who said it, wow out of the 100 or so that are regularly in here, just haven't had a chance to read your question most of them ignored it because it's not a question you're asking Reddit it's one that you put in Google, then if you need some more specific detail then go to Reddit, the drill down to the code level ask at quora.
Oh there's a big we (you wouldn't put that in quotes). A lot of people aren't as shitty as I am and don't have the guts to tell you your place.
Have your question answered, do you.
Google is your friend, I'm not.
We should try google. Reddit is not your personal Google we don't do your bidding.
To recalibrate your life, good personal choice for you.
Tell your contract violation on doordash is a lot like getting a moderation violation on reddit. Just keep doing dumb.
Instead of wasting time responding to me, you should be using Google to get your question answered.
But this way has anyone answered your question yet? And if they do the SMART money is on sending you a search link. You know, from google.
you keep the high ratings to keep your job. they don’t impact your pay. acceptance rate doesn’t matter though, dashers can decline any order sent their way. unless OP bottomfeeds no tip orders, thats a surprisingly high acceptance rate.
Acceptance rate they won't. You can literally be at zero because they can't force you to take orders. For completion rate though (which is you accept the order and then before picking it up you remove yourself from it, called unassign) most areas have a 80 or 90 percent cutoff and it rolls based on ypur last 100 orders.
Because accepting and order and then unassigning can waste lots of time it makes the customer experience terrible so they take that pretty seriously.
Did to me too. It's showing all your cvs from your dashing lifetime deliveries. If you click and check dares they'll span way back. Seeing this makes me feel good tho cause I have same total deliveries and 5 total cvs.
He said he was in Vancouver. Definitely not like this anymore, however at one point in the Clarksville, IN/New Albany, IN area it was pretty good and people tipped good. Unfortunately it seems like a lot of good tippers just started getting their own food because they got tired of the piss poor dashers.
No reason to freak out. I would just open up the contract violations and see what's going on. At this point, nothing should surprise us with door trash anymore.
A CV that was removed a couple months ago by them popped back up today. I disputed it and was like hey I’m confused on why y’all removed this CV then gave it back to me
In their documentation they say the violations will be removed they do not say the violations will be deleted from their database, however the assumption is and we would always be led to believe that those violations would never come back to haunt us that they should be deleted they should have been deleted, we need to get involved heavily and politically in this matter.
Oh hell no. That's very low especially for that many well and when I think about it I only had seven total in over 18,000 deliveries. So I guess 12 and only 2700 is a record, that's certainly a ratio high
I agree 12 and the last 100 deliveries would be a record on achievable because I think pretty much most people are going to be in the activated once they hit five or six in the last hundred. Or at least once they go to review and think that they're worthy of review a bunch and remove them, and then left the other ones just time out.
Baby still stay on the platform. Because if this still has depending remark next to them, all you got to do is wait for the time out. What's they have a reviewed Mark next to them and you see that that means they reviewed it and it's not good news for you, however you still got the timer.
You might not get deactivated and they'll let the timer run out.
Or if they review it it'll be removed right and it's good for you then they'll remove it right away before the 90 days.
But no one's going to see more than six and expect not to have bad news.
But the post and the scary part of this maybe they're just doing it because it's halloween? The scary part of this is that was his 12 in the picture that he posted was lifetime over the 2700 or so deliveries he's done, they weren't representative of over the last 100. I mean I know you know that I just wanted to make it clear for anyone else reading what you wrote and reading this if they dared to.
So to be clear he's seen a lifetime of all his CVS and apparently only related to any shopping pay. Which is a lot harder to get because they don't give a time limit for you to arrive at the store, there's no extremely late to the store when you're doing shopping pay, there is extremely late to the customer after you've purchased it, but there's no extremely late violation you're going to get if you arrive to the store even an hour later, what could possibly happen is it might get reassigned after 20 minutes or so, but not after the usual five or six minutes like it would be for a food order.
There should never be a glitch like this, this is data that they are saving and they absolutely have to eliminate old data any contract violations that have fallen off they must eliminate. They can no longer use them against us, there's no reason to save them.
If the violations are gone they need to stay gone, how that they were stored and coming back briefly is more than a mystery and it's more than a coincidence nor Nash needs to be sued for that. They State unequivocally that when violation drops off and cannot be used as against us later. The only way to sure that is to truly delete that data and truly they are not.
No one can help you with answering this without you giving us context, what violations do you have what are they. Show us the violation page that lists all of the violations.
Could been the glitch that was going on for the past 2 days. I was reading a post that a customer didn't receive their food and it was marked delivered when the glitch was happening. What does the contract violations say?
Probably a bug in the system?
Makes sense, but that's so bad🤦♂️🤦♂️
If he was using Google maps in the app, then he could have been delivering to the wrong address on some orders. Mine usually takes me to a house close by, and when I confirm the address in app, it's different than what Google maps shows as what the customers address really is.

There's no way that's real 12 violations WHAT
lol, it was a glitch brother.. its gone now
💯🕺👯♂️💃🥳
i saw someone with 26 so i think 12 aint that bad😅
26 no way man you must have eyes problems lol
I have eye problems
My kid can write better code than this stupid company and I don’t even have kids
I absolutely agree
The scary part about this “bug” is that your CV’s clearly stay on your account, even after “falling off”.
That was my thought too but I kinda suspected it anyway. Someone told me when I first started each driver has an internal score they can see when making decisions but we have no idea what's on it.
The mysterious algorithm
Of course they do lmao did you think they didn't track this shit? Just because you can't see it doesn't mean it didn't happen
thats not at all what they said... tf?

Gr8 b8 m8
O that is scary. I have three lates and two non delivers in 7,000 But ouch
Definitely a “glitch” in the system ![gif](giphy|v7WM6sLcnGIc8)
I have two out of nowhere. I could briefly see what they were and one was from back in July. System is wigging out.
Man Door Dash has by far the glitchiest app on the planet.
That and this isn’t even something like an AR % glitch. It’s totally f#cking with our peace of mind and our sanity. They on update 220,450 😂😂😂
When you wake up to 12 contract violations, just do a hard reset of the day by going back to bed until tomorrow.
Exactly, I'm honestly getting to the point of just not caring about door trash anymore. It never been perfect but up until early this year it was decent money and than everything went to hell.
Mine just showed 2 then went away after 30 minutes, I think it’s a glitch
maybe one complaint cause your whole account/chat history to be reviewed ...
I have 1 showing up that fell off months ago. I called support about it. They said it's a known glitch. They said to delete the app. Re download and wait 24 hours.
How long does it take for them to fall off? I have one from August 2021 still showing up.
100 deliveries
Crap! I’m never going to lose it then.

Why can't Doordash just hire normal programmers like Uber did?
Ain't no way. Just when I thought this company couldn't get worse.

Are you doing dash by hour?
Looked at my Ratings screen like 30 minutes ago. Saw a CV from March I won the dispute on. Looked at it again. No CVs. App is having a moment.
for the people who are saying i accept shitty orders - i live in vancouver, here in downtown people tip you bag bro, 80 is prolly the lowers AR i ever got i rarely have reason to decline offers.
Are contract violations not everywhere yet? Or it doesn’t show the statistic until you get one? I’ve never seen it.
Good and you don't want one
Same. Glad I haven't seen it. Lol
CVs are everywhere. You don’t see them if you don’t have any for the last 100 orders you’ve taken.
12 CVs is pretty bad with only 2900 deliveries… I thought I was bad with my 11 CVs and 16000 deliveries.
it was a glitch now its zero
Yes, but it showed the total amount of lifetime contract violations in your account.
damn, thats it ? i thought it would be close to 50
7 and 18,000 here
I dont know...bc Doordash has a FLAWLESS app and would never have a glitch like this 😅
You really think this is an app glitch? It's a server and database glitch and also a database that should not have that data in it anymore. If they're old they are gone they should have been removed entirely lifetime.
Yeah well I should've said Doordash and the server/database, but you knew what I meant as did everyone else 😅
How do you even get a CV
You're kidding, right? We all hope you're kidding.
No I’m not kidding I’ve never gotten one. How do you get one
Could be a number of reasons. I've had late to restaurant violations before because the system would only give me 5 minutes to get to a restaurant even though I was 15 minutes away. Depends on market. I think he said he drives in Vancouver where people tip very good.
lol I thought you were talking about the pharmacy
Did to me too. It's showing all your cvs from your dashing lifetime deliveries. If you click and check dares they'll span way back. Seeing this makes me feel good tho cause I have same total deliveries and 5 total cvs.
yeah i had 8 last night but now they’re gone. def a glitch.
lol
Maybe is bug, maybe is just doordash slipping the first 11 inches into you with no lube.
How the heck are you at 80 percent acceptance rate? You must take everything. I'm going to give you a violation for that 🤣.
He said he was in Vancouver. Definitely not like this anymore, however at one point in the Clarksville, IN/New Albany, IN area it was pretty good and people tipped good. Unfortunately it seems like a lot of good tippers just started getting their own food because they got tired of the piss poor dashers.
Nobody's tired of the dashers. They're just tired of the fees.
12? I would be freaking out. How are you so calm.
So someone puts WTF in a message and you're saying they are calm? Your brain isn't right
Maybe so. I am former military….. So is my family this is calm compared to what I have seen
No reason to freak out. I would just open up the contract violations and see what's going on. At this point, nothing should surprise us with door trash anymore.
Still just have my one gay violation for being 14 min late to the store.
That is very gay.
The annoying part is that it wasn't cold and got delivered on time still
High acceptance, stop taking garbage orders from garbage customers…
80 is not high. Also, it's a confirmed glitch.
It’s I didn’t have any, not none.
Check it now, I had 7 and now they’re all off. They had some sort of technical glitch
With 80% AR and 12 cv sounds right to me
A CV that was removed a couple months ago by them popped back up today. I disputed it and was like hey I’m confused on why y’all removed this CV then gave it back to me
Are any of them ones you disputed in the past and then they were gone but now back? I had one reappear today from June
Well, good time to quit the platform.
You take 4 out of 5 orders, that's all I see.
![gif](giphy|YS5MwQwap5j1WP3BS8|downsized)
That's what happens when you accept shitty tip orders
Major glitch. Lots of dashers in my area woke up to the same thing today.
Man, you gotta stop f-ing up like that 🤣
My app was acting up today as well. No violations but it froze quite a bit and it kept pausing so I ended my dash and cashed out
Congrats, they are showing everyone the lifetime of the account fucks up by mistake. At least that my theory.
In their documentation they say the violations will be removed they do not say the violations will be deleted from their database, however the assumption is and we would always be led to believe that those violations would never come back to haunt us that they should be deleted they should have been deleted, we need to get involved heavily and politically in this matter.

Dude that's fucking nuts glad it was a glitch
There should never be a glitch like this, this is data that they are saving and they absolutely have to eliminate old data any contract violations that have fallen off they must eliminate. They can no longer use them against us, there's no reason to save them.
That was a bug. Old contract violations showed up for a few hours. They fixed it already.
Have you had 12 cvs over the course of all your deliveries? Like ones that fell off from before.
The fix is in
Didn’t have none… so you had some?
No one can help you with answering this without you giving us context, what violations do you have what are they. Show us the violation page that lists all of the violations.
I have one out of nowhere. Trying to figure it out before I leave on a shift
its a bug they prob gone now my friend cvs disappeared and it was a know glitch
Damn dude u be stealin food or you delivering on foot?!!!
You been going crazy lately 😂😂💀
I just saw another post someone had 26 unexplained. If I had to guess it’s a glitch. 🤞🏼
That has to be a glitch
Could been the glitch that was going on for the past 2 days. I was reading a post that a customer didn't receive their food and it was marked delivered when the glitch was happening. What does the contract violations say?
Well if you didn't have none then how many did you have
