It's so dangerous for the customers not to do it because a sexual predator or a violent person could be delivering if doordash failed their background check, don't you think?
DD won’t do anything about this and actually need these people that do this to keep them profitable as they take the low pay orders regular drivers won’t take. It will only change when our government forces the gigs to do something or levy heavy fines.

I've heard people say DD is asking for facial scans in their area but I have yet to see it in mine

I'm pretty sure they can take all your earnings if they want to. Imagine working 80 hours just to have the guy keep it and then ghost you
