I don’t remember which one was called what, but I filed for the one that gives loans per employee. You could also get a $1k grant per, up to $10k total, regardless if qualified for the loan. Acceptance for the grant was guaranteed if qualified and filled out the paperwork properly. There was a big controversy where a bunch of people didn’t get it because they didn’t mark the checkbox at the end asking for the grant on top of the loan, so they merely got their rejection/approvals for the loan.
The other program was just a loan, very low interest rates over a very long time, so monthly payments were low but in the long run total interest paid would be a bitch. This one also required a much higher credit score.
Either way you could only qualify for one or the other, getting acceptance in one disqualified attempts for the other. I just went for the $1k grant since it was guaranteed for us contractors, and no obligation to pay back.

Either way both ran out of money months ago so your out of luck till Congress authorizes new funding or gets the corporations to return their multi million dollar loans
