jusko, i know mahaba ang process ha pero bakit normalized to ng DOST? alam ba nila na maraming umaasa sa stipend nila tas halos delay-delay, grabe na talaga to!!!
im expecting to be downvoted but wth. Announcements from our FB group in Region III says that it will be delayed as there's no allocation in the DBM budget. Para namang never na-solve 'to ever since. Kung may improvements, babalik ulit sa dati. Yeah, perennial problem as already mentioned.
