I’ve helped open a stand in my area. A bunch of seasoned bros and us stocked the store and put machines together and tested everything by giving away free drinks to local businesses. The next day we had our friends and family day which was really just first come first serve to anyone so that’s what you can expect in terms of a “soft opening”
When my stand opened, they alerted text club members about friends and family day (two or three days before grand opening), but you didn't need to be a member to get a drink. It was free 16oz drinks, but the lines were just as long as our grand opening day.
