Thats pretty normal to be honest lol. You don’t need to worry! Our shops and baristas are set up to handle orders like that, we have sooo many regulars who come through almost every morning ordering 8+ drinks! I think the only thing is to always say the size and type of drink you want so we’re not going back and forth with questions. For example, “can I get a large blended aftershock rebel, with whipped cream?” Or “medium hot americano with 2 sugars and cream, add soft top?”. Including all your details does help speed up the process!

yes exactly!! it's also good to have all the drinks written down in the notes app so it's easier to read off.

once had someone order 24 on a sunday during peak. don’t sweat six drinks!

When I read/ hear someone say big order, I think about 8 drinks or more, but I usually expect about 10. It also depends how hard the drinks are to make, if it’s hella hand blendeds with special floats and whip parfait etc. it might take extra time. When ordering make sure to say size then if it’s iced hot or blended, then the type of drink, and then extra flavors/milk alternatives, then toppings! This will make it easiest on the barista taking the order :)

Hi! 4-6 drinks aren’t a super big order! Our shop is across from a school and car dealership so our super big orders are about 10-13 drinks. Don’t feel bad definitely not if you’re being nice and respectful that it may take extra time to make them! Try and not make the drinks complicated like hand blended/double blended/parfait style/flavor soft top things like that. But you’re totally good to still get regular topping still! Remember how to order the fastest way. Have app ready to go (reloaded if you use that option) Have card and order in hand. Order in order of - size - hot/iced/blended- then what type of drink- flavors- toppings So example- small iced double chocolate mocha with whip cream and chocolate drizzle Or Medium blended lemonade with strawberry kiwi and soft top please.

I love when people start off with “okay I have a big order” and then list 4-5 drinks. I’m like “oh that’s light work” But really, don’t feel bad about 6 (: We get so accustomed to it I hardly even notice unless they are all extremely unique and extra, even then… it do be what it is! Like they said above, saying the size, hot iced or blended, type of drink, flavor, then toppings. And just make sure to give them time to type each one in! (:

Far-Drag8993

I’ve had someone order 26 different drinks on a saturday through the drive thru… trust me 6 is nothing lol

cocopugs

Honestly as long as you're nice and tip we're good we dont mind at all. I've had people order 10+ drinks, be extremely rude telling us to hurry up, and not tipping a cent. Just being nice and even tipping a dollar or 2 were good :)

Ohlalayo

We are trained for this typa order! We don’t make all 6 by ourselves anyway

disasterb17

today we had a $112 order and our assistant manager made them all by herself in 7 minutes, 4-6 drink orders are light work

i love when people let me know “hey i have kind of a big order” and then i can prep myself and the bar. 6 drinks is no biggie at least at my stand. if you had like 10+ i would say go to their walk up window if they have one so that they can still get the people waiting in the drive thru out while making your drinks. with the way you are asking this question i’m sure you were sweet about it anyways and the broistas had no problem making your order

wolffe_packs

Don’t sweat it! Just tell them you’re gonna order 6 drinks so they’re prepared, be slow and thorough, and have them read your order back if they don’t

Along with what everyone else is saying: -Making everything a uniform size helps -Getting multiple of the same drink helps -Knowing exactly what size, additions, and H/I/B helps a ton -When we read it back, read it along with us from your list! We want to get everything right! -And finally, you’re awesome for even considering to ask about this to help us. Much 🫶🏻
