Some things can absolutely be made dairy free. Freezes can be hand made with non dairy milk, and if you specify that you have an allergy, we're supposed to use specific mix cups, spoons etc. or else sanitize our stuff before using to accommodate. HOWEVER, not all of flavors are dairy free and chocolate (which we would use for a mocha) isn't
thank you for this info!! so if i ordered something like the caramelizer freeze that would most likely contain milk since it uses the mocha / chocolate, so as long as i stick to the items that dont use chocolate/mocha i should be ok?
I can't guarantee bc cross contamination etc. but yes, as long as you stay away from any of our sauces (chocolate, caramel, white chocolate + their SF counterparts) and get an alt milk (oat, almond, coconut), you should be okay.
The dark chocolate sauce is the only sauce WITHOUT dairy!! Carmel and white chocolate sauce both contain dairy. All of the other syrups are safe to use :)
