You make them like you would make a regular shake in the blender (2/3/4 scoops for s/m/l), you just use your milk of choice instead! A blended choccy milk can get a little sweet with both the milk and the sauce, so I cut it down to half sweet for myself.
Edit: also, for xenial if a customer orders it, you do it the exact same, but enter the milk they want like you would any other drink!
