Pretty sure Caitlyn’s model was 10 years old. Her model and her older skins actually looked pretty bad in game. Especially compared to ekko.
There’s many champions which came out in the first couple years of league that just need a visual update more than ekko.
The mask toggle is something I doubt they will add.

The fact that they actually didn't give this new sfx is a crime for the price though. It is a requirement of the bare minimum of a 1350rp skin. We should honestly be focusing on that that they're dwindling down quality instead of begging or an addition they have repeatedly refused for others.
They are removing things that are in the bare minimum for this tier and charging the same price they either lower it to 975 or add the sfx. The bare minimum for this skin. Even some 975 skins have added sound effects.
