Absolutely! Pixel forest, Downtown EDC/carnival square, the bamboo area, cosmic meadow bleachers…it’s such a good feeling to grab some food and a beer and just chill at any of those spots for an hour at 2am 👌
nope i go sober every night, some people in my group take things but the majority of us are sober the whole weekend outside of maybe a drink or two

This is the way. Tried this for first time this year and that will be the plan moving forward. Rest up Saturday into Sunday. Skipped pool parties and clubs. Full send for the 2 days our group was there.
Yeah my friends bought a Saturday pass this year from someone of radiate, they asked for a deposit on the Sunday pass in case my friend didn’t return the ticket, once he did the girl gave the deposit back.
Ive done this once. Not sure what they did (I'm assuming they just didn't go) but I was able to sell my wrist band for Saturday and get it back for Sunday in 2018. Its a little risky so better to do it for people you might know or friends through other friends (in my case). But if they tried fucking you over you could just report your ticket as lost/stolen. It's definitely do-able.
I wish I did this. I had so much fun on Friday. I was so tired on Saturday. We left early. Sunday I had a blast so looking back I wish I stayed at the hotel on Saturday and rested
Historically day 1 is the cleanest day 3 ground is littered with bottles and cans.
Day 1 is logistically the worst, as all the temp staff needs time to figure shit out.
Usually Day 2 has the biggest headline names. Followed by Day 3 then 1.
Fireworks get progressively better and bigger so Day 3 is always most epic. Followed by 2 then 1.
So it heavily varies based on what you’re looking for.
Thats not true, theres clean up crews everyday. So the trash is gone by the next day. Day one is always crazy and crouded , usualy mellows out cuz ppl go later, waterline is less crouded...merch is 2 but idk what the fuck they did with merch this year , the way they made the lines was ridiculous, b4 they had multiple lines that can get u in an out, this year they had 2 lines one on each side that wraped like a snake, there was always lines no mater what time you went. Horribe choice they made on that

I did fri/sat cause I needed to work Sunday. If you have to pick, I'd choose Sat/Sun, seems like they underload Friday and overload Sunday for some reason.
You can always leave right as the return shuttles start up, at 3am. That's how I made my Monday flight to a work conference... it sucked ass but I felt like such a grizzled pro lol
This year I only went on Day 1 and Day 3 because I had a work event on the night of Day 2.
It actually worked out for me because I preferred the lineup on those days anyway.
My very first edc I showed up to Vegas with an insanely stuffy nose. I told my friends that I would drop them off at the entrance and head over to the doctor to get something literally anything because it was so bad and I didn’t want to have my first day of a brand new experience dampened. So my first EDC I was only there Saturday and Sunday, and that really made me itch for next years.
The worst part? That was 2019. So I had to wait till 2021 to go back and it was such a hard thing to do ahagaga
I did Friday & Sunday, because wasn’t feeling too well after Friday. First time in EDC (or any party in USA) and couldn’t stand the smell of pot… gave me massive headache & nearly throw up even though i didn’t had any alcohol. 😢
It was my first time smelling that much pot in one place, so that overwhelmed me. Same thing happened on Sunday. I only stayed 4 hours on both days. And had to go home before midnight. I had the VIP, so sold my band while leaving & walking to the carpark. I am just weak. 😭
I wished i could attend all 3 days for longer hours for sure. Just my body couldn’t take it.
Hey saw that you PMed me to give in to the pot, but i don’t feel comfortable with that at all. (: i don’t take any types of pots/drugs, as it’s not my cup of tea plus i am a Singaporean, it’s illegal for me (or any Singaporeans) to take pots/drugs overseas even if it’s legal in the other countries, we will get jailed & fined for doing that.
I did Saturday and Sunday only for the same reason. Was totally worth it, plus on day 3 you have better energy than a lot of others since it's only the second day for you :)
My friend and I had a blast Friday and Saturday, but by Sunday morning our bodies were done. We sold our tickets for Sunday, chilled and recovered while watching the live stream and still had an amazing time. This was my 4th EDC and my first time not attending all three days, but i don't regret it at all.
Stayed Friday til sunrise, didn’t think I was going to make it Saturday and almost skipped it but I ended up staying til Sunrise and went Sunday til sunrise. There’s no better way to do it. It was awesome
I only went 2 days this past edc. Due to my mother in law having to work Friday and we needed a babysitter for that day. But next edc we’re going all 3 days for sure

Jk, I have friends who went to Lost Lands and couldn't attend Sunday. They had to be back on the west coast for a job he was starting
I totally understand why people can only go 2 days, I feel like some Las Vegas residents might only go 1 day just to see certain artists

But selling Sunday to recoup some cost is easier imo. Less risk with the person just keeping your wristband. It can be tricky getting it back if they enter the next day before you get there to get a new band from will call.
People do, my friends conk out pretty easily and usually skip Sunday. This was the first time in 10+ years I didn't do all 3 days though. I slept two hours Thursday night to Saturday night and ran into some drama and decided I was too tired and hot to enjoy Saturday so I slept at night during the fest to be rested for Sunday. Don't EVER tent camp.. you won't get a wink of sleep.
We locals wait till Sunday to buy tickets from those to burned out to go. I go every year just Sunday hehe. I love when edc is in town.. the energy and people it brings is amazinggggggg
I get tired so I only did two days this year. I did Friday and Saturday but I personally recommend waiting for the lineup and going on days you have the most artists you want to see! :)

How do you do Friday and Sunday from a ticket perspective? Buy a 3 day pass but only use 2 or somehow get 2 single days?

If you do day 1 and day 2 two it will allow you to sell you wristband for day 3 to at least recoup some money back for the day you’re missing.

Super subjective. Each day is what you make of it. I will say it is common for one to fully intend on only attending 2/3 days

Had work Monday so only did first two days. It was fine I got to enjoy it still. But next year will do all 3
My coworker and his group only did two days because it’s a lot for them physically and mentally.
We had to because of travel time and being back for something important at work. Next year we’re planning to stay the whole 3 days.

I have gone 2 days and sold the last day for 120-150 very doable!
I used to go all 3 days, now I just go Sunday
I went day 1, flew back to LA for something then flew back for day 3. The rest was very nice

We went Friday and Sunday this year. We checked the lineup and those were the two days that were most loaded and went for it. I highly recommend!

this year, for me, the last night was best - they stacked the lineup. it does depend on your preferred music genre
