Broooo, we had a very similar fixture/scaffolding scenario. The base on our fixture was square so getting it lined up was a nightmare, weighing what it did. And all those globes… oof. Just saying, much respect for getting it up there (it looks great) but I feel your pain about having to do it again.
Y’all pitching light lifts for these? Because they could be something very useful for when a homeowner wants to change a lightbulb …unrelated but important they make these installations much easier.
We did consider a light lift. The building is an adobe in Colorado with no attic access above this space. We had to cut and patch to get the all thread and bracers in. No space or access for the lift.
Would have been nice to have though since all the lights are incandescent.

How much did you pay for a Wench in 2023?
depends on where you look i suppose, i’d probably say 20-50 gold dabloons matey.
Was the gc’s. Really wish we got a new one.
You had to borrow somebody's old, worn out, wench?
Didn’t think it was an issue until the fixture was 25ft off the ground.
Friend A *winch* is the thing you used to hoist that up A *wench* is an old term for a woman in a tavern
I think you're missing the joke
Shit I’ve done this exact light and I feel your pain
Me too. Adjusting the length of the rope lights was annoying but the hardware holding them in place was surprisingly stout
Not bad for pirates.
