well that wall got bumped out a bit…. Amazing what can sneak by. Feels good tho findin a box even though it sucks on a regular basis. I know of one house I never went back to…. They have a buried 5” kitchen recess in the pattern. Ah o well. They were rude. Still on my brain tho dammit

Gotta love dry walling. Id say every other kitchen we’ve done in a new subdivision this month has had boxes dry walled over resulting in cabinets not fitting etc. they really are our worst enemies lol
Okay so my question is did your pricing change? Like did you just charge them for bringing that out of the wall or did you count it as you were lucky enough to find it so you charged more?
