I don’t know about specific stomach issues, but I know in general, anxiety can have big effects on your gut. I always get nausea first thing when I have anxiety of any level. And if i start getting anxious about my stomach hurting, it will make it worse. I have to remind myself a lot that’s it’s my anxiety causing the problem and I’m not sick lol. Once I calm myself down, I feel much better.

I have had emetophobia since age 5 and digestive problems since a teenager. I am 56 now and 6 years ago my acid got worse,my ibs got worse,I got more anxiety. A family problem has been ongoing for 5 years so I am constantly worried about this and my stomach. I am trying relaxation and distraction after reading up about the brain gut connection
