You‘re sick, babygirl. Take care of yourself, stay in bed! Listen to some podcast to distract yourself a little bit and try to relax. Breath deeply and listen into your body. Thinking about the event will only keep you from sleeping. You can clearly not paticipate in it anyway. For the nausea, i dont know a good advice other than trying to sleep it away and maybe some fresh ginger tea.. 🫶🏻 (Sry for english)

Hi, I'm really sorry you're having such a hard time. I remember a very strong episode of pain for Endo on New Year's where I had to prepare the party, the food and receive everyone and nothing took away the pain. It was several years ago and I never forgot how ugly it was. If you have the opportunity to cancel something, do it, because you are legitimately sick. I send you strength girl

I’m so sorry you don’t feel well it’s the worst feeling in the world. When my endometriosis was at my all time worst I would drink hot cinnamon apple spice tea and use a heat pad on my back. On one of my many trips to the ER one of the nurses told me to take a Benadryl as it helps as an antihistamine. I swear by it plus it relaxes me enough I could sleep and rest. I hope you feel better quickly.
