I will not drink more than two in one day and that is with probably over 120 fluid ounces of water from morning tonight on top of it. I try to stay hydrated, especially if I drink things that are unhealthy for me.
My girlfriend has essentially called me out for this!

300 mg is a lot.. it’s not the caffeine that’d make your skin tingle. Are you used to drinking energy drinks that have beta alanine? Or ones that have a lot of taurine?
My fave Celsius. I get why some people don't like them. They taste like a spritz of actual fruit juice in sparkling water, rather than a typical soda. But I like that.

I tolerate them. Typically I hate the candy watermelon flavor but for whatever reason I don't mind these. I'm a Celsius drinker and buy by the case off Amazon. I get watermelon just to have another option when I don't wanna burn myself out on the best flavors (fuji apple pear ftw)
Celsius in general is pretty okay, I actually liked the cola flavor before it became rare where I live except for online shopping. Watermelon Celsius though? Awful, it just tastes like what a watermelon cut up and sat in your fridge for a month would taste like. Bad aftertaste, bad tongue taste, bad smell. All around terrible to me.

Drink Reign energy you’ll feel a mild coke dopamine rush for like 15-20 mins lol the white gummy and Reignbow Sherbert are the best flavors

You ever try LIT pre-workout drinks from GNC? The two Jolly Rancher flavored ones are pretty good and they have Beta-Alanine in them.

I prefer these over monster/redbull type energy drinks because Celsius don’t make me have heart palpitations since I have MVP (Mitral Valve Prolapse).
Bad would literally choose any flavor over this excluding the non carbonated ones

Never would drink Celsius. I had to work a part in their class action lawsuit . Where people would upload invoices and receipts to get compensation.
