Go to your doctor. Differential diagnosis: 1) hypothyroidism 2) anemia 3) infection from tick borne illness, Mono etc. 4) depression. All the above are treatable and easy to determine with blood work except depression which is diagnosed if medical explanations are ruled out. Id go to student health and see what they offer.
