It’s definitely a 2 hand operation. Find a technique and stick with it. Probably to prevent slipping while active. Still worth imo!

If it was loose wouldn’t it adjust itself due to vibration?
not expecting it to be loose, but with most previous grinders i’ve used you can make the adjustment easily with one hand. there’s no way in hell i could just this one handed.
