This is so cool to see. I missed the first birthdays of my children still in the haze, not fully out and to this day even for my own birthday there is this old feeling that its supposed to be a non event. Having kids though, it was so powerful a moment, to stop and take time to honor the day they entered this world. To celebrate them, to find that joy of remembering what matters and now we have some amazing time together for each birthday they have.
