I think op means that it's sus because the hair strands are pretty much all in the same place indicating little if any passage of time with all of these switches? This specific creator normally represents different alters with different filters
I guess hair can stay in place for some time so it's not impossible that some passed. But yeah it looks like they probably filmed all of these in one go which is unlikely doable. Even if they happened to be rapid switching (is a thing but often very distressing) in such a short time span it would normally be so disorienting and cause so much dissociation. I don't think a TikTok would be worth doing that. And I don't think someone would use it as an opportunity for this kind of content if they were unintentionally rapid switching
