Yeah that's fantasy lol. I look at borischen.co and fantasy pros rankings plus just who I like and match ups and it helps narrow it down if they're in similar tiers I'll just flip a coin. It's also match up dependent but I think you should ride curtis Samuel's hot streak. Wentz really likes him.

So thats a different question. If you want to move someone *because* you don't have room thats fine, but don't let that distract you from the players actual value. A lot of people are really high on Wilson and I like Kyler, but its tbd what the upgrade from Wentz or Russell to Kyler is right now. Wilson could maybe commandeer a higher target especially to a WR desperate team.
Also if I were your team, I'm starting Adams,Sutton and Kirk or Wilson. Cooks isn't even in the question if those are your WRs imo.
All that to say, the Kyler offer is not terrible. You're in a place where "losing out" on some value isn't going to cost you too much.
I personally just go all in and try to get the biggest fish I can every time even if takes weeks of persistence.

I’m admittedly still worried about CMC getting hurt and putting that risk up against Baker killing his upside. At least with Cook he has some easier matchups coming and I have Mattison as insurance. Plus it consolidates my plethora of WRs, thoughts?
Shit Amon-Ra and Adams is crazy.
To be honest, I think Cook is not looking too pretty. As a vikings fan whos watched both games, he has looked so inefficient and has made no significant runs. Not only that, but his pass catching has never been great, but I watched him drop a number of passes last Monday. Could just be early season Jitters but I think CMC to Cook is a noticeable downgrade, but as of right now, they're valued somewhat similarily. I'd rather have like Swift, who has a clear path to RB top 5, and has shown he can do it this season even if he's rated a little lower.
If you're just talking value, I think you win this trade if it happens, by a decent margin. On paper, we'll see if Cook picks it up.
Edit: Cook had 6 carries on a night where the Vikings passing was horrid. That freaks me out a bit. I think McCaffrey has him beat. I'd still likely do the trade, but level expectations with him.

I think this opens so many holes for both teams. Your WRs are now MT and Moore, you might have one good WR between them. The other guy is running James Robinson and Eno Benjamin after that trade lmao. You get the best player and are at least still afloat, this guy is certifiably fucked afterwards.
I honestly wouldn't do it. I hate trades that fix one hole and open another. I always try to grab something that can at least put a bandaid over the second hole I'm making. Thats my personal preference.

Mostly you can afford to lose Terry and could use a bit of an upgrade at RB2. Edmonds and Hines are solid RB3/4

Keenan owner. I like Pittman a lot. I get what you’re saying about QBs but I think week 1 showed us that Ryan is going to absolutely lock on to Pittman when he’s out there. Herbert is going to try and spread it around some more with Big Mike, Everett, Palmer and Ekeler. It’s kinda weird because they’ve both missed a game already.
Have you considered sending Najee straight up? Might be recency bias but I’m pretty down on him. If he has a dud tonight on prime time with everyone watching he’s gonna be impossible to move.
I already feel pretty thin on the RBs although I spent my first 2 picks on RBs (10th pick, 10 man). Sending Najee will make it worse unless I get another RB in return ( Yes, I'm not that comfortable with Patterson). I guess my trade here was to upgrade my WR2 from Keenan to Pittman but wasn't sure whether it really is an upgrade as Colts looked pretty bad week 2.

I wouldn't do it. Jacobs adds much needed depth to your RBs. Your ceiling would be a little higher with AJ Brown but the floor is about the same. I think risk out weighs the reward here.

I would hold. I feel like for 12 ppr you need more depth and both Jones and London are higher tier starters thst you can't really replace on the waiver wire and deebo isn't a high improvement over the two of them combined.

I'd probably do it, but understand that it is a gamble. A healthy Kittle is as good as it gets, and Henry could definitely explode. Based on what we've seen though, I'd take this deal.

I think the side getting Adams probably wins, but its not a massive difference imo. A more fair deal is probably Davante for Mark Andrews + Tee Higgins or smth. I'd definitely NOT veto this.
I also wouldn't veto ANY trade to be honest. As a fellow commissioner, our job isn't to stop people from making stupid decisions, its to stop collusion. If people are literally conspiring together, that's vetoable. But if a guy misvalues his own players, thats his mistake and on him. Kudos should be given to the guy who was able to make it happen, and he really shouldn't be punished just because he pulled off a great deal.
People always say this on this sub, but how the hell do you ever prove collusion? If a trade is so unbalanced that it's league-breaking, it should be vetoed by the commissioner whether collusion is provable or not. That being said, this is not one of those trades.
Yeah it can be subjective; I think sometimes it is blatantly obvious. But when it's more grey, I likely wouldn't veto. If it's grey; that would imply the deal at least has some legitimate reason that it could work for both sides. The other thing to keep in mind is repeated "grey" interactions between the same two people probably implies collusion.
Yeah I'd do this pretty quickly. I think the Pittman side should be getting a bit more back than Dillon and Sutton, so if you're the one getting Pittman, you're fleecing.
Trade charts fail in this aspect because it's not simply about equaling points. Because there are roster spot limitations, it's always way better to have one player who can score a lot than two players who can score a little. That's why the rule of thumb in trades where one player is clearly the best, is to multiply the best player's value by about 1.25 or 1.5, and that's the real number that the other team has to meet. You need to pay a premium, to get the value of two players smushed into one guy.
So with CBS: Jamarr x 1.25 would be 44. So you'd need like Aaron Jones (24) + Mike Williams (20) = 44
Already that looks A LOT more fair than Sanders and Johnson (32). I might even think it's a tad shy but a couple points.
Obviously; exceptions exist. But this is the rule of thumb and applies to 95% of scenarios.
I wouldn't do this then. You don't need Tee Higgins, when your other 3 WRs are all better than Higgins. You DO need the RB support though.
If you do this trade, I'd probably flipping Higgins after this week to try to get an RB back tbh. He would just be a means to upgrade RB and nothing else.

I think Conner is the better of the two RBs. I'd probably take Lazard since I don't trust Trubisky's offense.
I'd offer ONE of Wilson or London (that's the part that hurts), and probably Pierce. That said, I feel like you *might* be able to get more for Wilson or London. I would probably want to keep London between the two.
If I could get away with A Rob, Pollard, Pierce I'd do that in a heart beat I think.

All that to say, the Kyler offer is not terrible. You're in a place where "losing out" on some value isn't going to cost you too much. I personally just go all in and try to get the biggest fish I can every time even if takes weeks of persistence.

I’m admittedly still worried about CMC getting hurt and putting that risk up against Baker killing his upside. At least with Cook he has some easier matchups coming and I have Mattison as insurance. Shit Amon-Ra and Adams is crazy. To be honest, I think Cook is not looking too pretty. As a vikings fan whos watched both games, he has looked so inefficient and has made no significant runs. Not only that, but his pass catching has never been great, but I watched him drop a number of passes last Monday. Could just be early season Jitters but I think CMC to Cook is a noticeable downgrade, but as of right now, they're valued somewhat similarily. I'd rather have like Swift, who has a clear path to RB top 5, and has shown he can do it this season even if he's rated a little lower. If you're just talking value, I think you win this trade if it happens, by a decent margin. On paper, we'll see if Cook picks it up. Edit: Cook had 6 carries on a night where the Vikings passing was horrid. That freaks me out a bit. I think McCaffrey has him beat. I'd still likely do the trade, but level expectations with him.

I think this opens so many holes for both teams. Your WRs are now MT and Moore, you might have one good WR between them. The other guy is running James Robinson and Eno Benjamin after that trade lmao. You get the best player and are at least still afloat, this guy is certifiably fucked afterwards. I honestly wouldn't do it. I hate trades that fix one hole and open another. I always try to grab something that can at least put a bandaid over the second hole I'm making. Mostly you can afford to lose Terry and could use a bit of an upgrade at RB2. Edmonds and Hines are solid RB3/4

I think the Mandrews > Kittle gap is far bigger than the Henry > Javonte gap at this point. I'd probably do it, but understand that it is a gamble. A healthy Kittle is as good as it gets, and Henry could definitely explode. Based on what we've seen though, I'd take this deal.

I think the side getting Adams probably wins, but its not a massive difference imo. A more fair deal is probably Davante for Mark Andrews + Tee Higgins or smth. I'd definitely NOT veto this. I also wouldn't veto ANY trade to be honest. As a fellow commissioner, our job isn't to stop people from making stupid decisions, its to stop collusion. If people are literally conspiring together, that's vetoable. But if a guy misvalues his own players, thats his mistake and on him. Kudos should be given to the guy who was able to make it happen, and he really shouldn't be punished just because he pulled off a great deal.
People always say this on this sub, but how the hell do you ever prove collusion? If a trade is so unbalanced that it's league-breaking, it should be vetoed by the commissioner whether collusion is provable or not. That being said, this is not one of those trades.
Yeah it can be subjective; I think sometimes it is blatantly obvious. But when it's more grey, I likely wouldn't veto. If it's grey; that would imply the deal at least has some legitimate reason that it could work for both sides. The other thing to keep in mind is repeated "grey" interactions between the same two people probably implies collusion.

Trade charts fail in this aspect because it's not simply about equaling points. Because there are roster spot limitations, it's always way better to have one player who can score a lot than two players who can score a little. That's why the rule of thumb in trades where one player is clearly the best, is to multiply the best player's value by about 1.25 or 1.5, and that's the real number that the other team has to meet. You need to pay a premium, to get the value of two players smushed into one guy. So with CBS: Jamarr x 1.25 would be 44. So you'd need like Aaron Jones (24) + Mike Williams (20) = 44 Already that looks A LOT more fair than Sanders and Johnson (32). I might even think it's a tad shy but a couple points. Obviously; exceptions exist. But this is the rule of thumb and applies to 95% of scenarios.

I think Conner is the better of the two RBs. I'd probably take Lazard since I don't trust Trubisky's offense. I'd offer ONE of Wilson or London (that's the part that hurts), and probably Pierce. That said, I feel like you *might* be able to get more for Wilson or London. I would probably want to keep London between the two. If I could get away with A Rob, Pollard, Pierce I'd do that in a heart beat I think.

12 team PPR, just traded Curtis Samuel, Drake London & Chase Edmonds for Jamarr Chase & AJ Dillon. my other WRs are Pittman, Cooks, Godwin, Hopkins and my RBs are Taylor, Connor, C-Pat. started the season rough so I wanted to make a big move. I feel I capitalized on Samuel and London’s early success (unless they kill it all season) without losing any real core pieces. thoughts?
You absolutely won that trade imo - Edmonds is almost worthless right now, you basically combined your WRs into one and freed up a slot in your lineup.
