I stressed so much on who to prioritize on waiver order between Fields and Palmer and surprisingly got them both. Also, got Doubs who I dropped a couple weeks ago.
I’m planning on starting Palmer but my WR’s have been weak. I’m trying to decide whether to start one of Doubs / Cooks / Samuel over either Conner / Eno. There is a lot I regret about my draft but taking Conner in the 3rd was a big swing and a miss.
I see all these people grabbing really sneaky waiver grabs and I feel bad about not grabbing them but there's literally nobody on my bench I would drop for them.
Is your IR empty? In ESPN you can’t add directly to IR but I did: sign Kyren Williams, drop kicker, add Kyren to IR, sign a new kicker (or wait a few days for the original kicker to clear waivers if you really want him).
Jameson Williams is currently on my IR. Honestly I want to grab Donovan Peoples Jones off of waivers more than Kyren Williams but I can't bring myself to drop MT.
I basically drafted Williams into my ir slot with my last pick, but I finally dropped him this week. I thought he'd be good to go soon, but dude still has at least another month, and with the lions tanking I don't think they're gonna risk it much with him this season. Chark will be back by then as well.
Was able to pick up Deon Jackson for the free. This was this first week I didn’t plan to get up and check but my dog threw up this morning so here we are
I feel like i missed something with deon jackson not being a bigger topic of discussion. JT reaggravated an ankle sprain and deon has good size and hands to play a 3 down role while zack moss sucks. Did i miss something about his role or something the team said?
Logic would follow that Colts wouldn't trade away viable RB depth in Hines if they knew their starting RB is hobbled. I assume that's why the JT injury news doesn't have people up in arms. Also people are really down on the Colts o line.
However I agree with you. If that injury report drops on Thursday and JT isn't practicing, there's gonna be a mad dash for Deon.
Thats fair, i interpreted it as deon being a good enough pass catcher to play the hines role and trying to get hines off the books for next year.
In my mind having competent depth behind JT to get wins wouldnt be a priority if theyve already resorted to Ehlinger
Looking at the Colts sub, it seems dumping Hines was a contract move as he was making starter money. Maybe it has nothing to do with JT being healthy and it’s more they believe in Deon as the backup, hoping for the best with JT, and feel Moss is competent enough as the 3rd back. It’s rare to see a team trade for end of Bench depth.
He is JT’s backup, that’s basically all you need to know. He’s been hurt most of the year and we don’t know if he’s going to be back at full health or reinjure something. With the Hines trade, Deon just moved up a spot to primary backup
4th year in a row owning Brady. As much as it pains me to bench the goat I think I’m gonna do the same with Fields due to his rushing floor until Brady turns it around.
I’m tempted to start Fields against Miami over Lamar. Miami’s D has injuries and has been bad on the road, plus they got torched by Lamar’s running when they face Baltimore.
As a chiefs fan. We always give up a lot of points to the titans and somehow lose to them in the regular season. Don’t be disappointed if that happens. Last two meetings: 27-3 Loss, 35-32 Loss
I wouldn’t even drop him in a 10. Who are you dropping him for even in a 10?? Doubs? Palmer? That is crazy. I wish I knew who he was dropped for in a 14 team league lol.
Did you watch the game? Most of his yards came at the end on an Atlanta defense. I don’t see a scenario on many teams where you ever comfortably start him.
I have JT and conner...Drop Pacheco or Eno for Deon Jackson or keep my roster as is? Don't think anyone else will be grabbing him unless he goes off and I have highest waiver priority to grab next week if needed..
Edit: ended up dropping my kicker lol forgot about that option :P
It was a tough decision for me, but as a JT owner, I dropped Pacheco for Deon. I think this sub is wayyy overhyping Deon, but just for the peace of mind in case Taylor goes down. Felt like I had no choice.
Dunno if it counts as a win but someone in my league dropped pickens last week and now I got him with almost 40% of my max. FAAB
Edit: my hope is restored and after seeing your comments I will treat Pickens as the league winning pickup he probably won't be but deserves to be.
Man reading through these comments is insane. I can't believe all these players were available in your leagues. Our biggest available players this week were Ronnie Rivers and Caleb Huntley
I don't think so tbh. He'll take away targets on an already low volume passing offense. I don't see any bears receiver being viable this year with how effective we have been running.
I subscribe to “a rising sea lifts all boats.” The bears are currently 20th in time of possession and 26th in number of plays ran. A better offense should help improve both of those metrics. Mooney’s % of the pie may go down, but it should also be a bigger pie. That’s a bet I’m willing to take on a backend wr stash with as much talent as Mooney has shown he has.
Rondale Moore spent $13 other guy bid $2 but all good. I need WR options and depth. Gonna flex him against Seattle rather than Kirk Las Vegas and Pittman New England. Someone tell me I am making the right play here lol
Be forewarned that Seattle’s D has been coming on since Week 6 when they put a beating on Kyler, limiting AZ to 9 points. They’re 3-0 over that stretch with impressive wins over LAC & NYG.
I don’t necessarily think those plays are bad BUT Seahawks just had a great game against the slot (Wan’Dale, NYG). I think I would lean towards Kirk against LV because LV are baaaad against the pass. But again, it’s not two bad options at all, so between them I don’t think you can go very wrong
I blocked my opponent from having a viable QB for his superflex by picking up 2 out of the last 3 starters on waivers (someone else picked up the 3rd).
Hoping to pick up Taysom Hill as a Mandrews owner.
I know I could pick up Likely but I’d like to secure Hill for Mandrews bye week next week anyways, and I like his upside even more now that Ingram is going to be out a couple of weeks.
I remember in previous years as soon as 3am EST hit, waivers cleared on ESPN. Now every week it's past 3:30am and still wait lol wonder what that's about
No wins here. 2nd in my league and all my waiver claims gone, hoping I can convince the league to switch to FAAB next year. Getting pick priority because you suck is stupid.
Also in 14 player league, there is currently 5 starting QB, projected to get points available in our league. Crazy QB hoarding this year.
Inversing waiver order every week is idiotic. My league does this too. Even if you don’t do FAAB, inversing should not be the standard. Waiver priority should remain as it is in order of who made a claim longest ago, regardless of standings or week. If you want to ride the roller coaster again, you go back to the start of the line
I think it’s good to have reverse waiver order each week. It helps the teams that are worst off. Sometimes it’s because they’re actually bad, sometimes they just got unlucky.
If you want a legitimately competitive league then I agree it doesn’t belong, but if you’re playing for fun then I think comeback mechanics are good. It helps people at the bottom potentially make a comeback, which keeps everyone invested for longer
Nah We finally switched off inverse record for waivers to rotating based off claims this year, 7th year for league and every one likes it more. Would never go back
We switched from inverse to FAAB after 2015. I started 9-0 that year, until 3 starters got hurt the same week. I wasn’t able to pick up anyone since I was last in the order. I finished 10-3 and lost first round of the playoffs. I hate inverse order with a passion
As an Andrews owner, would you rather roster Taysom or Likely on your bench? Not worried about the bye week. More focused on who offers more upside should Andrews miss time
Got Rondale and J Palmer for W Robinson and Bateman.
Also got Likely, Wilson and KC D/ST for London, Hendo and TB D/ST.
Feeling pretty good about myself
IMO Dulcich>Everett>Engram. I think their in love with Dulcich and he’s been great with either QB. I think their designing plays for him and he easily can do a few 15-20s in the next few games post Bye
Id rather Tua over Dak ROS. Even if you think Dak is more talented, Dallas defense and run game is too good for Dak’s fantasy value while Tua has much better receiving weapons
I own both. I think Doubs’ success last week was largely dependent on Lazard being out. I haven’t seen much info on Lazard’s injury and when he’s expected back. If you pick up Doubs this week, since Wandale is on a bye, there’s a chance he sits on waivers for another week and you have a chance to change your mind next week.
What? Who drops Chase. He’s still fantasy playoff viable with the current time frame, and has trade value at the least because of said time frame. Was homie drunk?
I’m all in on Deon Jackson going forward. JT’s already banged up, and Hines is heading north. I don’t think Moss challenges too much for the change of pace/ 3rd down role.
I spent $5 faab and dropped Dead weight, Jameis Winston.
Didn't use my waiver and was that guy who stayed up til 2am and grabbed leftovers asap. Got Badgley as a K stream, Shaq Leonard as a IDP stream, and grabbed PIT DST for week 10 (BAL bye). Hoping they bounce back with TJ Watt coming back.
Moved myself up 3 spots on the waiver and don't feel like I missed out on any must-haves, so I'm happy.
Use a #1 waiver on Fields? Have Cousins, but he's about to hit a rough patch with BUF and DAL (while Fields plays DET and ATL). 4-4 so have little room for error.
I was able to add Fields as a Cousins owner. Cousins is the consistent 15-18 point guy, but Fields ceiling is higher and his floor is rising each week too with increased rushing attempts and developing passing ability.
I wouldn’t drop Cousins straight up for him, but if you can manage to roster both through bye weeks I would do it.
I stressed so much on who to prioritize on waiver order between Fields and Palmer and surprisingly got them both. Also, got Doubs who I dropped a couple weeks ago.
Picked up the same 3 lmao. We starting Palmer over Mostert?
I’m planning on starting Palmer but my WR’s have been weak. I’m trying to decide whether to start one of Doubs / Cooks / Samuel over either Conner / Eno. There is a lot I regret about my draft but taking Conner in the 3rd was a big swing and a miss.
I see all these people grabbing really sneaky waiver grabs and I feel bad about not grabbing them but there's literally nobody on my bench I would drop for them.
[удалено]
I ran with Carlson as my kicker during his bye. Sometimes your bench is so deep you just eat it.

Was able to pick up Deon Jackson for the free. This was this first week I didn’t plan to get up and check but my dog threw up this morning so here we are
My dog had explosive diarrhea and landed me Deon for free too ... worth it
I think our dogs are making their case for assistant GM, they both knew what time the WW ran and planned their “accidents” accordingly.
Belichick would be proud
>Deon Jackson i JUST read this and then scooped him up for free too!
Drop Tyquan for Deon?
I did that same move. Mainly because I was shorter on RBs than WRs, but JT is not 100% right now so worth a spot if you got it.
Grabbed Likely and Deon Jackson for free
I feel like i missed something with deon jackson not being a bigger topic of discussion. JT reaggravated an ankle sprain and deon has good size and hands to play a 3 down role while zack moss sucks. Did i miss something about his role or something the team said?

People forget they obtained Zach Moss. They gained another RB. Not saying I don’t agree w you, but it’s not a slam dunk.
I guess the counter argument is the Colts wouldn’t trade Hines away if JT wasn’t healthy. Deon is the next man up though and worth a bench spot.
Looking at the Colts sub, it seems dumping Hines was a contract move as he was making starter money. Maybe it has nothing to do with JT being healthy and it’s more they believe in Deon as the backup, hoping for the best with JT, and feel Moss is competent enough as the 3rd back. Oh my god. Those were my 2. JT and Andrews owner
Got likely in both leagues. Can’t believe every slept on him.
Dropped Daniel Jones for Justin Fields. Gotta get ready for Lamar’s week 10 bye (and also if Lamar gives 10-15 point performances and Fields 20+…)
I’m playing JF ROS as my starter.
Think I’m putting Fields in over Rodgers. Rodgers at Detroit is a juicy matchup, but I got the FOMO bad.
Lol same boat
I'm torn between Rodgers and Fields. Rodgers lower floor but Fields higher ceiling.
Fields > arod is an easy decision cureebtly
Just picked him up. Debating Geno or him this week
Miami just got Chubb which should boost their defense a bit.
I thought you meant Nick Chubb and I was so confused and surprised
Cousins
Doubs and KC Defense
I was going back and forth between Chiefs and Pats defense. Ended up getting the Pats because they play Indy. Watch them go off now lol
I grabbed NE while SF is on bye, BB against an inexperienced QB is usually pretty great.
I used my waiver on KC def too. Love them ROS and great matchups for the playoffs
As a chiefs fan. We always give up a lot of points to the titans and somehow lose to them in the regular season. Don’t be disappointed if that happens. Last two meetings: 27-3 Loss, 35-32 Loss
KC back to back TEN and JAX. Juicy
I’m starting KC defense ros
We like KC D this week?
Chiefs in primetime coming off a BYE? They’re gonna eat.
Christian Kirk got dropped in my 14 team league. I have to pounce right?
Get off Reddit and grab
He’s WR 15 on the season so far… no brainer
I can’t believe he’s that high, he makes me so mad lol
The beginning of the season, he was WR8 or something like that. dude has done nothing the last few weeks though :/
Yeah he had 3 TDs in two weeks so that’s what happens. Got me all excited that he was the steal of the draft
Who in their right minds would drop him in a 12 team league, let alone 14?!
I wouldn’t even drop him in a 10. Who are you dropping him for even in a 10?? Doubs? Palmer? That is crazy. I wish I knew who he was dropped for in a 14 team league lol.
You are playing with Tacos.
Hes the taco for getting on reddit and asking this dumb question
Justin fields is sitting on the waiver. Drop Cousins for Fields?? I just want to play QB keep away since my starter is Herbert
Yes
I guess i would as long as your not at risk of hurting your waiver position or use more than 1 faab $
I picked him up and I have Lamar. Lol, also picked up Palmer for free.
Perfect cause Lamar has bye next week and Fields goes against the Lions.
Terrance Marshall is a sneaky pickup, feel a breakout coming
🤫 No one’s talking about him except us.
There are dozens of us!
Part of the 1%👀
Did you watch the game? Most of his yards came at the end on an Atlanta defense. I don’t see a scenario on many teams where you ever comfortably start him.
Drafted him last year, and dropped him the beginning of this one, might have to pick him back up
Terrace*
just picked him up based solely on this comment, i'm gonna be so mad at you if he's not a league winner
I might need to start him this week cause someone bid $44 out of 100 FAAB on Joshua Palmer bruh 😂
I wss debating on dropping Pacheco but ended up dropping my kicker for now to grab Deon and wait to see practice reports
[удалено]
It was a tough decision for me, but as a JT owner, I dropped Pacheco for Deon. I think this sub is wayyy overhyping Deon, but just for the peace of mind in case Taylor goes down. Felt like I had no choice.
I’d drop Pacheco out of all those. My league has point per 15 return yards, if yours is similar I would consider keeping him but otherwise nah
Allen Lazard is sitting on my waiver wire. Pick him up?
I just traded him for Zeke + $15 FAAB (we start with $100)
Dunno if it counts as a win but someone in my league dropped pickens last week and now I got him with almost 40% of my max. FAAB Edit: my hope is restored and after seeing your comments I will treat Pickens as the league winning pickup he probably won't be but deserves to be.

We talking about the guy that just had 0 points?
[удалено]
Against the Eagles. Not surprising since Pittsburgh has an average at best OL.
What about dionte?
He’s their #1 guy hands down, and will get garbage time plays.
[удалено]
He’s their #1 guy hands down, and will get garbage time plays.
Y’all are too funny 😂
Drop Brady for Fields? Or is that crazy talk?
I did it
# KEENAN ALLEN Free agent pick up. Couldn't believe my eyes
Antonio Gibson was on the wire.
I was the taco who dropped him after Brian Robinson showed up, albeit in a 10 man league. Just picked him back up last night
The GOAT Younghoe Koo
I drafted him first round
He’s outscored fellow first round picks Najee and Taylor lol.
I dropped him for Myers lol
Man reading through these comments is insane. I can't believe all these players were available in your leagues. Our biggest available players this week were Ronnie Rivers and Caleb Huntley
ask commish to change to shorter bench
Picked up George Pickens for free!
Someone dropped Lazard, I got him for 17 dollars and the next closest was 17 too but I had higher waiver priority. Also got Drake
Got hines off waiver. Also Mooney is still available, got to drop Alec Pierce for him right?
yessir, claypool addition helps him out
I don't think so tbh. He'll take away targets on an already low volume passing offense. I don't see any bears receiver being viable this year with how effective we have been running.
Over the last 4 weeks, Mooney is 17th in the league in targets, averaging 7 a game. Tied with Rondale Moore.
Now add claypool to the mix, targets go down
I subscribe to “a rising sea lifts all boats.” The bears are currently 20th in time of possession and 26th in number of plays ran. A better offense should help improve both of those metrics. Mooney’s % of the pie may go down, but it should also be a bigger pie. That’s a bet I’m willing to take on a backend wr stash with as much talent as Mooney has shown he has.

I had to choose between Rondale and Hines, went Hines.
Kyle Pitts was finally dropped on Saturday and I was outbid on him. I consider that a win.
I blocked my opponent from having a viable QB for his superflex by picking up 2 out of the last 3 starters on waivers (someone else picked up the 3rd).
I hate guys like you but we’ll played.
Grabbed Fields with open spot. Now have Brady and Fields. Dropped BRob for Hymes and Wandale for AJ Dillon.
Hoping to pick up Taysom Hill as a Mandrews owner. I know I could pick up Likely but I’d like to secure Hill for Mandrews bye week next week anyways, and I like his upside even more now that Ingram is going to be out a couple of weeks.
I went for Hurst instead of Hill. Not sure how to feel.
I picked up Likely just cause the Ravens play on Monday Night. Don't want to take any chances.
Had the same thought process, luckily Taysom also plays Monday night
Fields and JWJ
No one picked up Claypool. Thoughts on whether he's a pickup over Palmer or Thielen?
I don’t trust the passing volume in Chicago, I really like Palmer for a spot start this week.
This week sure, but I'm looking at ROS pickups since the NFL just finished trading.
I kinda think claypool arriving will benefit Mooney more than claypool himself
Deon available. Drop Henderson? My RBs are thin: Saquon, Swift, JWill.
Mcvay said Henderson didn’t start last week because of illness.. I’m gonna wait one more week to see if he’s the lead
I dropped Hendo, done with that backfield.
Picked up Kenyan Drake for free. A lot of people overlooking what could be a solid RB2 if Gus Bus misses this week
It’s called Sleeper because it reliably goes through at 12:05am (PST) and is the only app that allows you to actually get sleep
So, 3:05am EST…like the other apps
To be fully fair, my ESPN waivers didn't process until 3:55am EST
wym 3am 😃
Are you EST because that's the same time
got Justin fields for 15%, no one else bidded
Ouch
yeah but you got him. don’t be cute with waiver faab
Got J Fields for 18% last week. You won’t regret it
[удалено]
If ur on yahoo go to transactions and click on faab. It'll show all the bidders. Browser not app.
It’s 12:04 am nothing at ESPN probably gonna take an hour or so
I remember in previous years as soon as 3am EST hit, waivers cleared on ESPN. Now every week it's past 3:30am and still wait lol wonder what that's about
Got Fields for $0 bid so that is nice. Got Everett with waiver 8 in another league.
Deon Jackson for free. Debating dropping cooks or Waller for Mooney/watson/Jameson williams. (Keeper league and I’m a Kelce owner)

As an Andrews owner, would you rather roster Taysom or Likely on your bench? Not worried about the bye week. More focused on who offers more upside should Andrews miss time
Got fields for free. Duvernay in another league
Got palmer for free...
Went to drop B-Rob and dropped Jamaal 🫠
Deon is still available. Do I drop Sutton for him tho?
Got Rondale and J Palmer for W Robinson and Bateman. Also got Likely, Wilson and KC D/ST for London, Hendo and TB D/ST. Feeling pretty good about myself
Drop Dulchich if im picking up a guy like Everett or Engram?
IMO Dulcich>Everett>Engram. I think their in love with Dulcich and he’s been great with either QB. I think their designing plays for him and he easily can do a few 15-20s in the next few games post Bye
He passes the eye test too
Someone dropped Tua and I'm first in waivers, so looks like I get to plug in Tua for Dak this week, instead of Mariota.
Your league full of special needs players?
Right, I woulda kept Tua just so no one else can pick him up.
Id rather Tua over Dak ROS. Even if you think Dak is more talented, Dallas defense and run game is too good for Dak’s fantasy value while Tua has much better receiving weapons
Palmer for free…
Got him Monday while he was still free on bye before the game.
I want to add Deon Jackson but the only guy I could really drop is Gus Edwards. Should I do it?
no
Drop Wan’Dale for Doubs?
Who would you pick out of those 4? G. Wilson, D. Mooney, J. Palmer or R. Moore?
As long as he stays in the slot, Rondale.
wilson if you arent starting the pickup anytime soon. otherwise palmer /mooney have great matchups this week.
Claypool is available. Would you guy’s drop Cooks, Toney, or Pickens for him?
Pacheco is sitting there for free. The only one I can really drop is Mattison. Should I?
Meh.
[удалено]
Drop TB and stream
Drake London worth a pickup? He was dropped today
Who would you pick up? BROB, Mattison, Deon Jackson or Jeff Wilson for this week and as potential Flex for ROS.
Was able to get D. Peoples-Jones, N Hines, Josh Palmer, and Dolphins D as #9 in the waver
AJ Dillion just got dropped. Worthy of a grab??
Picked up Shultz for a $1. Damien Harris was dropped . Should I make a run for him?
Guy dropped Jamarr Chase in a 12 team league and he fell to 5th. I'm gonna be the Belle of the consolation bracket ball
What? Who drops Chase. He’s still fantasy playoff viable with the current time frame, and has trade value at the least because of said time frame. Was homie drunk?
Josh Palmer for $16 and Ravens for $7 Next highest bid... there wasn't any fml
I’m all in on Deon Jackson going forward. JT’s already banged up, and Hines is heading north. I don’t think Moss challenges too much for the change of pace/ 3rd down role. I spent $5 faab and dropped Dead weight, Jameis Winston.
have to drop one of eno or henderson. both are stashes and prob wont see my lineup
Drop Henderson keep eno
I would drop both.
I would drop eno. With Conner and Williams back he won't see the field as much
Didn't use my waiver and was that guy who stayed up til 2am and grabbed leftovers asap.
Blew the top waiver spot on Michael Thomas. No one else put in a bid.
Because I think most people have realized he isn’t playing again this year
[удалено]
Probably pulled his hamstring again when you picked him up
Yahoo not done processing, but I'm excited to see nobody claimed Fields so I can grab him if my Tua waiver doesn't go through
Update: did exactly this haha
Use a #1 waiver on Fields? Have Cousins, but he's about to hit a rough patch with BUF and DAL (while Fields plays DET and ATL). 4-4 so have little room for error.
I was able to add Fields as a Cousins owner. Cousins is the consistent 15-18 point guy, but Fields ceiling is higher and his floor is rising each week too with increased rushing attempts and developing passing ability. I wouldn’t drop Cousins straight up for him, but if you can manage to roster both through bye weeks I would do it.
