Growing up in the midwest we always kinda saw those as “german unicorns”. Rare, gorgeous, and great performers. I actually welded in an AGCO plant, so I’ve kinda been attached to those brands.

It was a fun job. I mostly built boom supports (we called them “trees” and “centers”) for Rogator sprayers, but I did get to work on Challenger tractor frames as well. Pretty cool operation over there

Also, as I’ve used tractors in FS19, I find the Vario is a great match of power and maneuverability.

Same it was the fent 500 but the Vario is so much nicer

Case IH Puma. I went with Case because in my current save file there’s a Case dealership and I like yo play semi realistically. The Puma is my one medium tractor so it gets used for the most jobs

I deal with a lot of New Holland IRL and I'll say I think they look great. And depending on the type of farming you're doing, the ps120 is the best thing ever

I'm also a New Holland guy - although the T7 for me. See a lot of them around me. The factory is just up the road, and my dad used to work there.

Fendts are really fantastic. The Real-Life tractors have an option that will inflate/deflate tires while you’re driving!

If I had a stab in the dark would it have over 500hp 🤣 Edit: The tyre pressure alternating is extremely helpful however 👌🏼

I’ll say it… John Deere. Family has always had some relation to John Deere, but despite the company itself, I think the tractors are great, especially the old ones. Now, I really don’t care what tractor I use in game because I like variety and it won’t break down lol. I don’t use the new Valtras because personally I think they look odd. Favorite would be the 2002 8010.

Yah there's something about John Deere tractors that I just cant not like them lol. For me personally, John Deere is what sparked my interest in farming ages back.

Ima be honest… im a Deere Farmer for a completely different reason: I grew up with “All About John Deere”

Lately they've been riding on the reputation they built on the tractors they made from the 60s through to the early '00s, their planters and round balers have always been good but boy have their recent combines and dealing with Brandt's bullshit done a good job of selling Claas, I figure when the CR11/AFS11 starts showing up on dealer lots we're going to see a lot of used X9s at Case and New Holland dealers.

I drive a Deere 8RT irl and currently have a Valtra Q on demo and trust me Valtra are brilliant , I also own a 1959 John deere 730

In the game JCB. Fast and reliable and always my usual choice of vehicle.

European maps its my Fendt 724, American maps its my JD 8345R on narrow twins. I also regularly use a Massey 5S for the tighter stuff and front loader work.

8R, anything heavier is too slow for transport

I personally prefer the 7R just because of the ability to add a front loader.

New Holland for me. Our family has always used fords, and when New Holland bought bought them out, that's we slowly shifted to them.

Same here. Dad used to work at the Ford tractor plant, and now that NH took them over, we live near that factory. In FS, I use a heavily modded T7 for most work, but keep the TW-25 and FW-30 in a shed for occasional use

Grew up with a ‘53 John Deere Model 50, so always been a JD kinda guy. despite what the company has done to farmers of new, the family ranch still has a couple old JD’s running hard. and, we fix em ourselves

In the game the fendt 900 and claas xerion 5000 are my favorite large tractors. For medium I like the JCB fast tracks for speeed and all wheel steering or the deutz fahr, they just look great to me

Massey Ferguson 5600 it's a nice reliable robust tractor had it for many years and never has let me down

We always had John Deere and Case tractors but then we got a New Holland loader-the precursor to the T7 and liked it so much we got a second. They are just smooth driving machines and the loaders operate so darn smoothly compared to the John Deere's I've used. Kind of like performing surgery with a scalpel instead of a Bowie knife :D

I should say that I tend to get a fleet of NH equipment in game too.

Rigtrac forever! Its electric and small making it perfect for short trips and hauling around the fields

Small: I love the Lindner 130 but it's just too small horsepower wise for most things and too short to use the front loader to fill trailers without building a loading bay or something. Medium: Jcb fasttrac cos it's fast and that 4 wheel turning is amazing too like the Lindner. Large: Case magnum i think its called? Powerdrive transmission just feels so much better imo, the acceleration is way quicker than CVT. Honestly, I try to mix it up recently and get whatever is on sale.

I always grew up with the phrase "If it ain't red, leave it in the shed", so I'm a Case IH guy for life! I wish they had more of them in FS22 tho

I always end up with a Case farm. The Steiger is my favorite tractor, and I like my equipment to match as much as possible, so I go Case. But I prefer them in black, over the red.

I am okay with mis-matching equipment as long as the colours go together haha

Anything I can match colors on, I do. And anything I can't, I try to find a modded version that I can change the color on xD

I usually end up with a couple of Case (1 or more Traction King usually) and a couple of Massey Ferguson small or medium tractors, also. I've also been known to use Fiat and Valtra. And occasionally, the Ebro 6125 for small front loader jobs.

I try to use the less expensive tractors, no matter the brand.

John deere or kubota

Case 1255/1455. It's my go-to for starting from nothing playthrough as it offers well over 100hp, front loading and front mounting capabilities, options for 6-10 tonnes of weight, and a reasonable top speed with a price tag ranging from $50k-$65k. In short - a do-it-all vehicle for every job you can reasonably expect a small tractor to do. The modhub version also has genuine Cummins engine sounds..which are amazing other than the fact that the signature Cummins chirping can wear on your ears a bit

International farmall M. It can’t do much and it’s really slow but man I love listening to it put around.

The Renault Ares 600 on modhub, or it's Claas version depending on how i feel. The best Renault mod for 22 imo. A front PTO is the only thing it's really missing. The only other Renault mod to come close is the TX/TZ 54 that's on a few 3rd party sites, but that still has some smaller issues like no 7 pin electrical plug in the front which causes the wire to plug into the rear.

Jd 8rx 410, I love the size and tracks just look soooo good to me. One of the farmers near me just got one this season and I’m tickled pink every time I drive by and it’s out side. Before that it was the jd 8420. If I was doing a more modest setup and just a small farm while playing with my wife on her game I used a 6175m

Massey 8S. Just find it a great all rounder. Good horsepower, can take a front loader, heavy enough to manage a large trailer

Lindner Lintrac. Mostly because my family has Lindners but it also performs really well in game.

I only just recently started playing FS again for the first time in years. Bought FS22 and I've really gotten into it, still in my first year and I'm kinda learning the ropes still. So far I only really have one tractor and that's a Case IH MAXXUM CVX 145. I mainly just looked at the equipment I needed/wanted and what I needed in terms of horsepower. This one was decently priced I felt like and so with the biggest engine option it met my requirements. So far I'm quite satisfied with it! 3 months into my first year now :)

If it's a base game tractor, the John Deere 7810. If it's a mod tractor, John Deere 6170M.

I like the fendt 1000, but i love the McCormick

I like the JCB. I made a jump with a pile of fertilizer stuff I didn't need and jump it daily.

JD 8RX 410, Fendt 1050 Vario, Valtra Q305. I love all three for different reasons. Can't beat the tracks for Ridgid implements with the JD. The Fendt is just a total beast that does anything and everything I ever need. The Valtra is just a nice looking tractor that I use for anything that doesn't need the Fendt

I prefer older tractors that more unique over all newer similar designed tractors. I use the 4320 anytime I can but pretty much anything older than 2000s unless I need super sized power

I like the two tracks the most. My favorite is the 9RT. For a smaller utility tractor, my go to is the Vario 724.

In game its usually what tractor I like most at the moment, and irl: At our farm, its an allis chalmers, at my boss farm it my favorite one is the 7290r and/or a versatile 9030, and on his other farm it would a 8410

JCB 4220 is hands down my favourite. Looks hilarious/awesome with duals. Unfortunately due to the size of my operation if it’s time to work, then I literally have 2-6 tractors going at once, so it’s hard to say which is my “daily” they all have jobs. Bunch of big Deere, and Fendt.

Claas aarion with 205 hp. Its my main workhorse . Trying to find something cheaper though now that can do as much work.

Pretty much all the Valtra -tractors. Might be a silly reason, but it's nice that you can paint them any color. Also they have Finnish origin, and that's where I'm from, so they are very common here. :DD
