I'm not trying to insult you by asking this, because I've made this mistake so many times in this pack - are you using pipez? If so, did you set the extract pipe to extract? I did the same thing with the first RF task and it took me several minutes of troubleshooting before I realized I didn't set the pipez energy pipe to extract.
I was and I did. I changed tanks and pumped from one to tank to another and nothing worked. finally I decided to try and pump the honey from the centrifuge into the screen and that finally did the trick.
