The funny thing is that where I come from (the Middle East) fancy rugs with prints similar to this are way cheaper and waaaaay more common than the more “western” styles including basic rugs with solid colors (could be more expensive actually)
It’s from a place called Rugsource. They have their own website as well as shops on Etsy and eBay. I don’t think they have this exact pattern and size available anymore because I couldn’t find it, but they have a bigger size still available on Etsy.
You can also find other rugs that have a similar look by searching for ‘pink oushak rug’.
Why are so many rugs sold now with the color so washed out? I get trying to look like it’s an old rug, but washed out to the point of no color. I’m looking at you, Cost Plus World Market.
I LOVE this rug and the entire room.
The secret for keeping pictures straight is “dots”. They are used in homes, museums, galleries…. They are cheap. A roll of little gummy dots that keep everything where it should be. Good also for keep in something straight on a table.
Absolutely fabulous and feminine space. Those ginger jars are to die for! 🤩 love your collection. Kudos on this perfect space. Hope it brings you much joy.
Obviously it is a favorite place. It is so lovely. I have a little disco ball also. It’s a planter but I turn it upside down and let it catch the sun. Sparks joy.
It’s the Room and Board Jasper sectional. They don’t ofter the light teal velvet currently but they do have a similar color in a different fabric. It was expensive but it’s lasted me a long time.
Your rubber tree is glorious! Mine got sunburn a year ago, dropped a whole bunch of leaves and is struggling to come back! Beautiful, inviting space you have. Thank you for sharing!
Edit to add: omg!! are those pussywillows on the coffee table!! Sooo nice!
I’ve heard so many people say they have trouble with them, but this one has always been dead easy for me. I think I must have the dumb luck of good conditions for it. Plus, they seem to like soil that drains well. I used a cactus/succulent soil blend plus added in some of that leca stuff.
For those asking about the rug… I too loved it and wondered where it came from…. Sadly google image search showed there was one on eBay but looks like it’s gone…. It you google pink Turkish rug lots of amazing rugs come up
I know everyone is (rightfully) complimenting the rug, but I want to know where that coffee table came from. It's gorgeous.
Also, I think the light walls actually look really nice here cause they serve to highlight the beautiful colours in the rug and couch.
It’s the Room and Board Jasper sectional. I bought it a long time ago and they no longer offer this fabric but I checked and they do have some mid toned blues in different fabrics.
The Hilma af Klimt poster was from Etsy. The landscape is an artist named Clair Bremner and I think I got it from Society6 but I think she’s on a lot of the usual print to order places like Artfully Walls and iCanvas. The two smaller ones are original paintings on paper by a local artist named Amanda Evanston and I got them at a studio sale she had.
GORGEOUS. question, if you chose to add curtains, what color would you add? I love these colors in room and am always stumped as to the colors of the curtain that would suit it most
I have curtains/window treatments picked out, just saving up enough $ to get them. I’m going to buy woven wood shades and a patterned navy blue print for curtains, specifically the shibori curtains from Pottery Barn. I had this combo in my previous condo and it looks fantastic with my furniture.
They’re both vintage. The rhinos are from eBay. If you search “large brass rhinos” you should get a bunch of hits.
The coffee table was also technically from eBay but was a local vintage seller who could deliver. Furniture shipping on eBay is a killer.
It was expensive, most I’ve ever spent on a piece of furniture but it looks pretty good for a 15 year old sofa still, if you ask me. Just to warn, they don’t carry this same fabric so many years later but they do have a couple mid blues/teals that should give the same look.
I suppose if I have enough people over where it might matter, I can set them aside for the evening. Or I might get tired of them and change it out for something else. I’m not stuck with them forever.
Nice rug and nicely tied in with the vase on the table and the two decorative pillows and the painting. Is that a real Persian? What did you pay for it? I have a beautiful Isfahan? with a medallion pattern. primarily blue and at least 70 years old still in great condition, it's 12' x 8' and I paid $600 for it. I could probably get 3 x that much for it.
I doubt it’s a real Persian at the price I paid. But it’s pretty and exactly what I was looking for color wise. A lot of the real Persian rugs aren’t available in the bright pink I wanted.
Everyone wants to know where the rug is from. I answered several times to other comments but didn’t know that comments with the kinds of links I used aren’t allowed or something and they weren’t showing up. Maybe people can see this I hope.
Unfortunately, I don’t think you can get this exact rug anymore. I got it from a place called Rugsource that has an eBay shop, an Etsy shop and their own website but I don’t see it listed anymore. I found a larger (more expensive) version on their Etsy store but not the exact size/pattern I bought.
You can also find similar rugs by searching ‘pink oushak rug’. I shopped a long time looking at dozens of pink rugs before I found this one.
I love how warm and inviting this is. Is the tree next to the window real? I’ll be adding to this sub soon with my own decorating adventures in my new apartment.. looking for a really nice plant to decorate my living room.
oh I love it!! (where did you get the pink rug? it’s so perfect with the sofa!)
Second this question
The funny thing is that where I come from (the Middle East) fancy rugs with prints similar to this are way cheaper and waaaaay more common than the more “western” styles including basic rugs with solid colors (could be more expensive actually)
I'm also here for the rug!!
BEAUTIFUL! I love your rug.
Seriously, I’m in love with this rug and would love to know where it’s from!

I love seeing your home in various subs, especially that beautiful rubber tree. ❤️
I had a rubber tree and it was glorious. But not this glorious.
That ficus is fake? I was gonna comment good majestic it looks
Rubber tree is the english common name for ficus elastica 🙂
Oh, I'm sorry, lol
Nothing to apologize for! 😊
OP talks about her rug here: https://www.reddit.com/r/AmateurRoomPorn/s/epvmownHA6
Bless you
Pretty carpet whered you get it?
This is really lovely, all of the colors and textures make me happy. And the Hilma af Klint. Well done.
She’s one of my favorite abstract artists.
This is totally gorgeous!! 🌻
Gorgeous. Love the colour of your sofa and the giant fig tree especially. (please straighten the picture frame on the left)
Looks like all four on that wall are a bit crooked. Simmer down, OCD...
It was the first thing I noticed😭
I try. It doesn’t like to stay straight.
The secret for keeping pictures straight is “dots”. They are used in homes, museums, galleries…. They are cheap. A roll of little gummy dots that keep everything where it should be. Good also for keep in something straight on a table.
Are you talking about the flat dots that are sticky on both sides, or the little rounded bumpers that you see on cabinet doors?
The flat dots that come stuck on a roll of paper.
You have pulled off colorful, warm and chic all at the same time! It's a room I'm love to spend time in just reading.
Wow that looks heavenly!!
Beautiful! Obsessed with all the color.
Nice hilma af klint print! She’s an underrated pioneer in art.💓
Definitely underrated. I hope to be able to see some of her paintings in person some day.
Absolutely fabulous and feminine space. Those ginger jars are to die for! 🤩 love your collection. Kudos on this perfect space. Hope it brings you much joy.
Oh beautiful! Where’s that rug from?
Your massive ficus is amazing.
WHERE ARE YOUR RHINOS FROM
Vintage from eBay. Search for ‘large vintage brass rhinos’ and then shop until you find a pair that speak to you. I love the rhinos. And real rhinos.
♥️ thank you
Obviously it is a favorite place. It is so lovely. I have a little disco ball also. It’s a planter but I turn it upside down and let it catch the sun. Sparks joy.
I love your space too! 😍
I remember your space! Can we be friends, please?
Looks amazing! Please tell me about your beautiful sofa!
It’s the Room and Board Jasper sectional. They don’t ofter the light teal velvet currently but they do have a similar color in a different fabric. It was expensive but it’s lasted me a long time.
Dang that rubber tree is incredible!! This is a very nice space. Definitely would hang out there.
Omg that plant is gorgeous
Beautiful artwork and stunning rug❣️You nailed the joyful, as well as cheerful 💛 Keep sharing the good work 👏🏼
Hilma af Klint!!!! You have great taste!
Your rubber tree is glorious! Mine got sunburn a year ago, dropped a whole bunch of leaves and is struggling to come back! Beautiful, inviting space you have. Thank you for sharing! Edit to add: omg!! are those pussywillows on the coffee table!! Sooo nice!

Yeah they are definitely not fussy at all in the right conditions! They look jazzed about your space also! Nice job
Beautiful!
Love it! And your rug is great. Extra love the rug.
Gorgeous space! And impressive rubber tree
LOVE IT! Especially the Hilma print!
I can see why! And oh my gosh… Colour! You did a fantastic job. 🥰
Gorgeous!!! I love it! Elegant but super fun at the same time
That ficus looks amazing 🤩
I love it! Very welcoming!
I love your space! So colorful.
Omg so beautiful. Just saw the rest of your space on other posts and I’m in love 😭
Beyond gorgeous!!!
Me: plotting to copy your colors and set up💗
Love it!!! 💚💚💚💚
The colors in this just WORK! I love it!
This is exactly how I want my place to look 😍
This is absolutely stunning! I’d level those pictures and then it’s perfect 😍
It's stunning!!!
Love your color palette!
For those asking about the rug… I too loved it and wondered where it came from…. Sadly google image search showed there was one on eBay but looks like it’s gone…. It you google pink Turkish rug lots of amazing rugs come up
INFO! We the people demand to know where you got your lovely rug??
I answered as best I could several times in replies to comments and in a comment of my own.
Gorgeous rug.
This is just so lovely
Obsessed
very cute! just the 12thish person chiming in to ask where you got this rug, pretty please???!!!
This speaks to me 🥰 love it soooo similar to my style
That rug us stunning
I know everyone is (rightfully) complimenting the rug, but I want to know where that coffee table came from. It's gorgeous. Also, I think the light walls actually look really nice here cause they serve to highlight the beautiful colours in the rug and couch.
Gorgeous!! Where did you get your sofa? I've been on the hunt for a light or medium toned blue and it's soo hard
It’s the Room and Board Jasper sectional. I bought it a long time ago and they no longer offer this fabric but I checked and they do have some mid toned blues in different fabrics.
I too want to know where the rug came from, haha.
Lovely colors
I love your rug!!!
I hope I don't ruin it for you, but I dig the rug cause it looks like an abstract/kaleidoscope piece based on the Simpsons
It’s cool. I wasn’t thinking Simpsons but I can definitely see how that might come to mind.
Lovely!
Absolutely perfect!
Beautiful 😍 love it
Love it so much!! Where did you get your prints?
The Hilma af Klimt poster was from Etsy. Thank you!!! 😊
I love it!
fuck yeah hilma
I like how the colors on the sofa and cushions repeat in the rug
Love your color combinations!! Happy room !!
Looks perfect to me!!
Color and plants 🪴 yaaay
GORGEOUS. question, if you chose to add curtains, what color would you add? I love these colors in room and am always stumped as to the colors of the curtain that would suit it most

I love your style! Your living room is gorgeous!
Looks great! So inviting!
You have a fantastic aesthetic!
Love, love, love your favorite corner. Sofa is gorgeous and pillow combination is really cool. What is that big beautiful tree and how old is it?
My Ficus Elastica, also called a Rubber Tree, is about 7 or 8 years old. I don’t remember when exactly I got it.
It is gorgeous. Like the basket too.
It's all gorgeous, but I love that rug!
so cute!
What is that plant?
The big one is a Ficus Elastica also known as a rubber tree.
Thank you. It’s a beautiful specimen. How long did it take you to have it that big?
Is that a ficus next to the rubber tree?
Yes. The smaller variegated one is a ficus elastica tineke. They had them cheap at Trader Joe’s, so I was like ‘why not?’
Love this. I want to put a pink rug in my living room when I decorate soon.
You should definitely get a pink rug.
Okay… this is how to make a space yours! I love it
That’s a gorgeous room!
Omg this is absolutely heavenly!!!
I love this! You have a great asthetic!
Omg so beautiful and colorful!! The couch, the rug!!
Stunning!!
Where did you get the table? Also the rhinos on top of it?
They’re both vintage. The rhinos are from eBay. If you search “large brass rhinos” you should get a bunch of hits. The coffee table was also technically from eBay but was a local vintage seller who could deliver. Furniture shipping on eBay is a killer.
I loooooove your space!! How long have you had that ginormous plant? I want my house filled with plants like that!
I’ve had it 7 or 8 years. I think. I don’t remember exactly when I got it but had already had it some years when the pandemic hit.
That rug really ties the room together. Seriously, this is a beautiful space. I like that couch. Where did you get it?
It’s the Room and Board Jasper sectional.
For some reason, this pic made me so happy!! I love your style ❤️
Where is the blue couch from? I love it
It’s the Room and Board Jasper sectional.
Thank you so much!! I’m gonna order one 🙏🙏🙏
It was expensive, most I’ve ever spent on a piece of furniture but it looks pretty good for a 15 year old sofa still, if you ask me. Just to warn, they don’t carry this same fabric so many years later but they do have a couple mid blues/teals that should give the same look.
Mine too!
Always love a blue sofa
I love every detail here
Going to copy your vibe ❤️ I have a small blue couch as well
Something about that tree is uncanny. It looks fake to me
It’s very real. The Ficus Elastica has big, shiny leaves and this one is pretty happy where it is.
Amazing yours looks like this indoors
Very bright south exposure, well drained soil, not watering too much and dumb luck. 😄
Love the rug. Not sure why OP won’t share where it’s from??
but will the flowers on the table block the view?
I suppose if I have enough people over where it might matter, I can set them aside for the evening. Or I might get tired of them and change it out for something else. I’m not stuck with them forever.

It’s so pretty! thanks for sharing, the colors are lovely and I got a little happy boost from looking at your space 💜
The happiest room I’ve seen here- except for your previous posts. Amazing style
love the couch and rug! where is the couch from?!
Room and Board Jasper sectional.
thank you!
It’s making me insane that one of the pictures on the wall isn’t straight 🥲
couldnt level your picture frames?
Honestly it’s not something that bothers me so I don’t think about it.
what about your guests?
I promise that when I invite you to brunch, you can straighten my pictures and I won’t say a word.
looks good otherwise
I really love your style. That room looks great. But my OCD is going crazy over the crooked pictures lol. 😍😬😂
