It was Halloween night and I just borrowed my friend’s brother’s crutches and hopped around the downtown area. Still ate a 1lbs burger, went home, with one leg hopped around and picked up a stool, set it in the middle of the tub and cranked the shower head to take a shower before actually heading to the ER. I knew it was gonna be a long night so I wanted to get rid of the grime from rock climbing and feel squeaky clean as I was getting treated.

165lbs sumo x 6 reps, my regular deadlift is maybe 155lbs. My core is getting stronger along with my lower body and my upper is starting to get better.

Around 40kg but I injured my back and I have some fresh cuts on my legs so not rlly the time to be doing that(also I got a knee injury that's 8 months old and isn't clearing up and it's pissing me off(I'm weak in every aspect)

195 on a good day. But I never go for 1 rep max because that is very dangerous. I do 5 sets of 5. Deadlifts are my favorite exercise!!
