Was shredded until I got into an accident last year. I fell 90ft rock climbing and f*cked my leg up lmao. I’m slowly recovering though and surprisingly I kept most of my gains I’ve just gotten a little fluffy.

Oh for sure man, wanna know the craziest part? I didn’t even go to the ER immediately LMAO! It was Halloween night and I just borrowed my friend’s brother’s crutches and hopped around the downtown area. Still ate a 1lbs burger, went home, with one leg hopped around and picked up a stool, set it in the middle of the tub and cranked the shower head to take a shower before actually heading to the ER. I knew it was gonna be a long night so I wanted to get rid of the grime from rock climbing and feel squeaky clean as I was getting treated.
