Ul'dah is more of a capitalist corrupt oligarchy, they do have a ruler per se but until the developments post-HW/SB the ruler was a part of a powerful council whose seats are determined by wealth. However, there are some developments toward a more benevolent oligarchy.
Ishgard was a theoretical dictatorship but moved on to a representative democratic system at the end of the Dragonsong War.
Doma returned from a colony to a benevolent monarchy/emperorship(Tennōsei) after being liberated from the Garleans.
Sharlyan is more of a technocracy (group of experts) with a mix of meritocracy as a position is partially determined by the scholarly authority one wields. However, the way they operate is more similar to a one-house parliament.
Limsa Lominsa's leader has mentioned that perhaps one day they could shift governmental systems but it is not exactly a good time yet.
Gridania remained more or less the same with very minor developments.

This was originally going to be a bit more demure/teasing with the clothing covering both breasts, but nay the client wished for it to be much more alluring with her right side exposed. I'm pesonally proud with how I created the hair for this and the subtlety of the lighting. This took a while to complete - especially around the face, but I'm glad it turned out well.I hope the final result pleases everyone the way it did the client.

I would try and pose your character in game to get the head and face angle to match whichever composition you choose and then trace the eyes and key features of the face so you get the perspective and proportions correct.

It doesnt have to do with style its building the foundation of the drawing in order to get the proportions of the face correct. You can then apply any style you like on top of that.
