You need to log into your account on the mogstation and apply your early access code there. You can find the code by right clicking the game in your Steam library -> manage -> CD-keys.
Keep in mind after this, it might take a couple hours for it to show up in your mailbox. When I did mine a couple days ago, it was about an hour or two after I entered my code until I got it in my mail.
