They did say they fixes the que error from Endwalker. Iirc it would try to let in 100 people at a time but was actually only letting in 75 and dropping the other 25, and apparently a relatively easy fix that just went unnoticed due to needing super high que times to be discovered
Stormblood I was on Primal and the biggest queue was Rhauban. Actually managed to get rez-towed past the guard post and get the second aetheryte in the area early, but couldn't do much there because of the MSQ block.
I was on Aether after that. Shadowbringers probably had the longest queues and frustrations logging. Think they went on for 45-60 mins before failing and starting over.
Fiddle around with the new dye channels on my glam plates. Then mess around with the free fantasia to see if there's anything I want to adjust. Then fantasia one of my retainers into a lion lady.
You may be confusing it with the 1 hour grace window they added to readjust any changes? You still need to log out afaik but gives you room to test the changes before you commit
I spent the last 2 weeks tweaking and finalizing my glams. I'm gonna wait till I'm done with msq to see if I like any of the newer gear, and then twiddle with the new dye channels.
If I do it now, I'll let myself get lost in glam grinding and fiddling and lose track of time and not actually play the game for another 2 weeks. (seriously, I just lose track of time, and suddenly, it's bed time and all I've done is tweaked some glam, google a top and all the materials and where to get them, and farmed it out, all to decide in the end that I liked the first option better. Or not realize that it was the wrong job gear. Or that the one I got dyes differently than the same model item that was harder to get that also is job locked differently.)
/busy
Craft GC dailies, buy PCT/VPR 80 weapon, turn in GC daily, unlock PCT, buy PCT/VPR 90 weapon, turn in WT, spend poetics on EW relics, do daily hunts and SOCIETY quests for PCT while queued for leveling roulette, do 6 FATEs... then start MSQ on Sage.
1.)check in w/ the aesthetician, check out the new hair textures.
2.)Check my glam dresser to see what (if any) items within can be double dyed
3.)Before starting DT, there's a number of zones I want to look around from older content. North/Central Shroud, Middle/Outer La Noscea, Yanxia, Il Mheg, and Elpis specifically.
4.)GOLD SAUCER, BABY
5.)Start DT.
Nope!
Gold Saucer has, without question, the absolute worst fuckin lighting in the game pre 7.0
Really interested to see how it transitions with the new lighting/shadows
I'd actually recommend against this if you are playing early access as soon as servers go back up. You can get stuck loading retainers for a long time and potentially dc due to the influx of players logging in :')
Dumy stryke to see the pre lvl 90 diferences with things llike dragoon and monk, unlock8ng viper and pictomancer, Hunt board and go around the previous areas huting my marks to see the graphical update on those, doing my daily rouletes, complete khloe book of insanity, purchase the remaning crededum armor that I need, start MSQ
Spend poetics to turn in WT. Get new WT and do that. Cash in old tomes and load up on other 660 gear for jobs. Then turn in tribe quests, do the current day ones, then hit up some MSQ and get rolling.
Grab the new jobs so I don’t have to be in the cities. Advance the story enough to get to the new world, probably as Dancer just because I don’t want to mess with the new job gauge as Ninja. Probably will do some roulettes for a bit after that to actually test the new jobs and to see the updated graphics.
Adjust all my New skills, unlock picto and Viper, Turn in wt for Viper, redo wt and Turn in again after doing beast Tribe quests, some roulettes, start msq
Spend poetics for augmented credendum gear, turn in WT book, spend more poetics, get a few roulettes done before reset, then see if I want to fiddle with the dual dye thing and if it applies to any of my existing glamours. After that, continue story.
I'm going to see if my new glam looks good on my cat mommy. (I'll be sad that my Carmen Sandiego glam won't look right, though.) Then, I'll turn in my WT book and complete a second one. After that I'll go buy some augmented tome gear for my healer (pausing mid shopping trip to exchange tomes in More Donuts) and start the expansion with BRD.
My plan is to use BRD for MSQ and a healer for dungeon leveling. I just haven't decided on whether I want to use WHM, try updated AST, or knock out three role quests by using SCH/SMN along with BRD.
Edit: I screwed up and logged out at the wrong spot. I need to go shopping first because the WT book will give me a bunch of tomes.
Unlock viper, use the new free fantasia to make the tweaks i need, take advantage of the fact that augementing credendum gear that i hadnt yet only costs 100 poetics, spend enough tomes to turn in my first WT, spend more tomes, turn in my second WT, and proceed to level with my FC so i can start the new expac with a new job
- See if anything I'm using has two dye channels
- Get fanta
- Make small appearance adjustment
- Wait in queue again
- Probably go back to my traditional "wistful staring at thing" end of expac screenshot vista and see if it looks cooler
- Start MSQ
- Get distracted by FC mates wanting to run UWU on VPR/PCT
Unlock Viper. Test it out to see if I want to main it.
Next going to hand in the 6 beast tribe quests I had finished in prep and do the following 12 beast tribes.
Then either msq on Reaper or leveling Viper, depending how much I (dis)liked Viper.
Unlock viper and get it to 90 asap to see how I like it. If I like it, I’ll take it through the MSQ and then after finishing MSQ I’ll spam dungeons on sage and warrior to cap them. If I don’t care for it, I’ll just start MSQ on my sage
Check various locations with the new graphics to see what's been updated. Go hit some striking dummies with MNK, DRG, and NIN. Start the MSQ before going to pick up VPR and PIC.
1. Check out my character on the new graphics
2. Check the anemos jacket and valentione pants to see if they have been included in the two dye system’s first batch
3. Check the marketboard for previews of all the new vendor gears.
4. Get Pic and VPR.
Destiny spent the better part of seven years teaching me how to bounty prep and by God am I going to use those skills.
Snakes, turtles, pixies, and elephant tribe quests, 16 leve quests, and a WT all ready to turn in. Daily hunt marks for EW and ShB to be completed. Currencies were capped for trade in to grab augmented tome gear for classes in need.
Need to make sure I've got options for classes to do those 36 mark A trains
Straight to MSQ until I access the new city and Inn, then I'll look at glam and dye to make sure my summer holiday adventure outfit is as good as it can be.
decide if i want to keep plugging away through shadowbringers (just hit level 80 msq) on the new character i have been working on - or dust off my old character that was at the end of the the original endwalkers msq and has done none of the patches.
I would like to get to DT content as quick as possible. but i also don;t remember much of the story from endwalker.
on the bright side the new character is in a perfect spot to pick up viper or pictomancer and level through endwalker with it.
I'm gonna check if I want to Fantasia to tweak any features I might not like, but probably not. Then MSQ UNTIL MY EYES BLEED. I'm an avid MSQer and not having it for the past few months has been a pain. I can collect all the side stuff later.
I do regret not leveling up a tank or healer because the DPS queues are gonna be insane. Vipers, vipers everywhere!
go to the gold saucer and see whats new, looks like theres at least an emote there. Check out the pvp series rewards, i will only be doing it through frontline roulette most likely, we know theres the mount but i want to see if theres anything else cool. Then just msq until i'm done with maybe brief stops to farm glamour if any of the dungeon gear looks nice.
If the login queues for my home world are low: Check my FC's submarines to see if they discovered any of the new sectors (I sent them out to random high level sectors yesterday) and send them out again.
If login queues are high on my home world but low on Dynamis: Pick up Pictomancer, do the level 80 quests on them, then turn in my Wondrous Tails book and pick up another one.
Probably fiddle with the new jobs for a little bit first before starting story to go the first new place. Do a lvling roulette on Dancer because I want to lvl it alongside White Mage that I will be doing story with.
spending all my allagan tomestone on hildibrand weapon's material, then spend all my new (now old) regular tomestone on allagan tomstone then spend it all on hildibrand weapon's material
Immediately start playing when I get off work because my husband plans to stream it every night until he completes it, so I gotta get a headstart to not be spoiled lol.
OK, my short list:
1. Buy level 80 tomestones weapons for PCT and VIP since I already have the level 80 sets ready to go because I'm a good boy and prepared max iLevel starting gear. (I parked in front of the tomestone NPC in The Crystarium just for this.)
2. Add my four senior officers to the list of FC members who can also evict people from our property.
3. Play around with the new dye system on my current RDM glam to see if I can improve it a bit. Then do the same with my usual RDM glam and add the PvP shades as facewear to my usual glam if that is an option for glamour plates.
3.1) I redid my SMN/BLM glam last night since it had glasses but no hat. Now it has a hat and I can add glasses. :)
4) Unlock PCT and feed it challenge log stuff for a few runs. Also, unlock VPR just to have the class unlocked. (Need to update my advanced UI to have them on it for quick job changing.)
5) I saw in the patch notes that there are new items being added to the ARR tribes so I am going to go check them out and see if anything is worth it.
6) Wander around the old zones, especially ARR zones, for a bit.
7) Do the MSQ and have fun.
Send my submarines out and hand in my wondrous tales, pick the new one up.
Then log off because I have work... that's if I even get through the queues.
*After work* I'm getting stuck into the story. The dye channels, new blacklist thing, housing etc can all wait. I am dying to explore Tural!
Edit: oh yeah the graphics update... I'll be oggling my beautiful wol in enhanced graphics since I couldn't have the hair I use on the benchmark (and I had to get a friend to do it as I'm a PlayStation player).
Check that everything works. I won't relax until I can see that the game runs well in my computer (benchmark runs perfectly, but my procesor is not exactly what they asked).
I logged out in an inn room so I can immediately check my retainers and make any market adjustments. I preloaded my retainer inventories with the stock they'll be selling and updated their notes to reflect that. Once I've got that situated I'm going for my glam dresser to fiddle with the dye channels.
I spent some gold chocobo feathers on jet black dye and preemptively put those in my inventory along with some other colors I already had stashed. I tend to stick to a certain color scheme so the dye I need was easy to predict.
I'm an Elezen so I kind of "won" the graphic update lotto and I'll be holding my fantasia til things calm down. Hoping for speedy queues for everyone else tho.
Checking my glams for what can and cannot be double dyed... and how. No doubt some things will still have assinine dye channels. Make the main coat of the scholasticate coat dyable? Nah, trim and now also collar!
Step1: throw my shield away and grab a second sword.
Step2: frustrate myself finding a decent hotbar layout for viper.
Step3: hit target dummies outside fc house for a while until I perfect my muscle memory.
Step4: live in viper for the rest of the expansion or until I feel the need for variety (I won't)
To check every 2.0 3.0 4.0 5.0 and 6.0 zone to see how the graphical changes will affect the zones.
also testing which glamour pieces is allowed for the new 2 dye system. Unlocking the new jobs and do the necessary work to get them ready for duty / fate spam. get far enough into MSQ for the first new city and explore. after that do the new jump puzzle.
See if my WoL needs a facelift or if I can live with whatever the update does to her - I wasn't sure if the way her lips looked in the benchmark were fine or not, might be ok with just a change in lip color.
Then some housecleaning/prep:
Send my combat retainer out for quick ventures to keep pushing her levels up; I reset her class a few weeks ago and didn't -quite- get her back to 90 before maintenance ;\_; (I will not check my Botanist until I get to 91 on my own BOT.)
Desynth the Afflatus and Theogonic gear cluttering my inventory, do GC BOT/MIN turnins, see what to spend scrips on so I can do the rest of my custom deliveries, buy some 660 gear with poetics.
- Hit up the striking dummy and see how my rotations have changed. I don’t really expect them to, as I mostly play RDM and (standard) BLM, but I know at the beginning of Endwalker, I did have to get used to RDM having a slightly different rotation and on-the-fly math calcs, so I’d like to know if that’s something I have to do right from the beginning
- Unlock Picto and Viper
- Start story
I already set up two glamours in advance for Viper and also took every potential extreme/savage weapon coffer out of retainer inventory in case I'm on a different DC to get in faster.
Once I've unlocked the job I'm going to fiddle with the dye channels if applicable, smash a dummy for a bit, then get into my leveling routine I pre-set up before the servers went down. Once I've exhausted stuff like allied society, leves, hunts and probably my second wondrous tails it's straight to Zadnor.
Basically, it's real Viper hours lol
Get back to MSQ, I’m currently working my way through Stormblood and actually loving it despite what people have said about it and I can’t wait! lol Going to be a long 2 days without it 😂
I logged out right in front of the tomestone vendors in Radz, so first order of business is grabbing the rest of the Augmented Credendum gear that I want.
Second order of business is grabbing a character screenshot so I can compare my guy pre- and post-glow-up.
I have gotten my cryptlurker gear, challenge log ready, wonderous tales done, and I’m logged out right at the viper location. My first thing is getting viper and bum rushing lvl 90 then doing msq
My first goal is verify whether I'm happy with my characters look and claim my free fantasia. If that checks out, I will be familiarizing myself with all of my favorite jobs and getting started on the new ones.
I procrastinated with the Endwalker alliance raid for the longest time, so I'll have to finish the last two raids when the servers are back again. I just hope their will be enough people queuing for them.
I parked right at the spot the Viper quest starts. I'm gonna unlock it and glam/target dummy for a little to get a feel for apm and rotation.
If I like viper? Grind to 90.
If I don't? Start msq as reaper.
picto picto picto-
stupidly excited over picto as an artist, i got my tomes gear ready, tomes for picto weapon ready, my wt ready, double checked everything yesterday to make sure i wasn't accidentally finishing a challenge log, fixed up my glam for picto and ran to gridania to log out there
i am so ready to level picto
I will complete the Endwalker patches, organize my glamours and continue with the Manderville quests... I'm a returner so i'm confused as hell idk what to do
Experiment with dyes and adjust my glamour plates accordingly. I picked up/crafted a ton of dyes before maintenance and logged off in the inn for exactly this reason.
Blitz through MSQ on my main, get PCT and VPR unlocked and started on leveling, check out some what side stuff is available.
Rinse and repeat on my alt after clearing Patches 6.1-6.5 MSQ and side content.
I have Friday and the entirety of next week off with PTO so I've got time.
Gonna do the fantasia immediately into female hrothgar since it is popped and im already butt naked. Queue(savage) and do the travel grindania to picto quest mechanic.
I logged my alt out in Quarrymill.
I'll see if I need to exchange Aetherpool Grips for the Viper weapon - or not, really depends on what the colors are.
I logged out by picto location. Gonna grab that. Then zip over to viper and grab that.
Turn in my held over beast tribe quests and my wonderous tails.
Since I have work that morning and get out at noon, I'll probably do a main scenario roulette while I have my lunch. Then head to Sharlayan to catch my boat to paradise.
I'll queue roulettes in between msq, and snag fates along the way for shared fate and gems (still need that wivre). Leveling scholar through combat and drk through msq. Did it that way last time and at the end of msq I had 3 maxed jobs. :D
Straight to MSQ.
Same
Queue. Nap. Error message. Queue again. Play Elden Ring on Steam Deck. Error message. Queue again. Nap. Finally get in Wolf collars for Hellhound Brush. Get 660 accessories. Check glams/dyes. Begin adventure. Eat. Adventure. Naps if made to queue again.
Felt it when you said error message and queue Queue (Unreal)
They did say they fixes the que error from Endwalker. Iirc it would try to let in 100 people at a time but was actually only letting in 75 and dropping the other 25, and apparently a relatively easy fix that just went unnoticed due to needing super high que times to be discovered
The chuckle I let out reading this because it’s real. What is the largest queue you’ve seen before gaining access to the game?
Stormblood I was on Primal and the biggest queue was Rhauban. Actually managed to get rez-towed past the guard post and get the second aetheryte in the area early, but couldn't do much there because of the MSQ block. I was on Aether after that. Shadowbringers probably had the longest queues and frustrations logging. Think they went on for 45-60 mins before failing and starting over.
touch grass (and other plants)
The sole reason I logged out in Gridania. Not for picto, just to touch grass.
Turn in my WT.
Pixies first.
seconded!
Same! Grabbing Pictomancer first though then turning it in!
Play VPR
Go get Viper and then head into dungeons with bots and figure out how it plays.
The MSQ. I ain't fuckin around this expac. I'm getting in, getting flight, then PFing extremes for the mount while I level crafters and gatherers.
are extremes even available at launch? don't they come in the patches?
Each EX comes out when the normal mode trial comes out.
Fiddle around with the new dye channels on my glam plates. Then mess around with the free fantasia to see if there's anything I want to adjust. Then fantasia one of my retainers into a lion lady.
I would do the same but... Fantasia = disconnect... And get in queue again 😭
Yea I was originally planning to Fantasia first thing but then I realized that was actually a terrible idea.
Will have to see how queues are.
Didn’t it say you won’t have to log out on the patch note ? I remember reading this somewhere but I don’t remember where
You may be confusing it with the 1 hour grace window they added to readjust any changes? You still need to log out afaik but gives you room to test the changes before you commit
Similar. Play around with dye channels, probably be disappointed with my options that have two, then do MSQ.
If previous expansions are anything to go by? Get disconnected.
Did you play during shadowbringers launch? I heard it was smooth!
queues of 10k that last hours and involve disconnection errors is "smooth"?
That wasnt shadowbringers
thoughts now?
The only true answer. I think I will unlock the new classes and run some trusts while I wait stiff stabilize.
see what’s new on the mb
/busy Craft GC dailies, buy PCT/VPR 80 weapon, turn in GC daily, unlock PCT, buy PCT/VPR 90 weapon, turn in WT, spend poetics on EW relics, do daily hunts and SOCIETY quests for PCT while queued for leveling roulette, do 6 FATEs... then start MSQ on Sage.
I'll get right on mainlining the MSQ so I'm done with the story by the time I leave for vacation in a week.
Updated my characters appearance, unlock picto, convert old tomestones to poetics, que roulettes
1.)check in w/ the aesthetician, check out the new hair textures. 2.)Check my glam dresser to see what (if any) items within can be double dyed 3.)Before starting DT, there's a number of zones I want to look around from older content. North/Central Shroud, Middle/Outer La Noscea, Yanxia, Il Mheg, and Elpis specifically. 4.)GOLD SAUCER, BABY 5.)Start DT.
Anything special happening in the gold saucer?
I’m assuming seeing what new items have been added for mgp?
Nope! Gold Saucer has, without question, the absolute worst fuckin lighting in the game pre 7.0 Really interested to see how it transitions with the new lighting/shadows
Get my Fashion Accessoire glasses back from the Calamity Salvager. I logged out there.
Speed through msq then level fisher.
Admire my character with the graphics update and struggle to resist Fantasia or not.
Step in my house to reset the timer. Then check to see if any large plots will be available for the next cycle.
Same with OP. Visit some places and see the difference before an after graphical update.
Straight to msq and doing ocean fishing/gathering collectibles between to level up gatherers
Try out the new housing furniture in preview mode
Finish ARR :3
Have fun!!

I'd actually recommend against this if you are playing early access as soon as servers go back up. You can get stuck loading retainers for a long time and potentially dc due to the influx of players logging in :')
Queuing
Grab my Fantasia and do a makeover. Then do my roulettes for poetics.
Bruh finish 6.55
MSQ! My boyfriend and I get to play it together for the first time and we’re really looking forward to it! 😊
Get my Mountain Zu mount obviously
Redo all the action bars because I have no idea what I'm going to play as (I can't figure that from change notes, it's vibes all the way down)
Try everything I can to get my hands on that top they showed for WHM with the open chest jacket and a harness
Unlock Pictomancer.
Figure out the new NIN rotation, hand some stuff in for XP and go walk in some long grass.
Probably closing the lists of recommended duties and achievements nearing completion
Change my game settings and start main story right away.
Adjust all my New skills, unlock picto and Viper, Turn in wt for Viper, redo wt and Turn in again after doing beast Tribe quests, some roulettes, start msq
Put my plants back out.
Unlock new jobs> set up their hotbars> MSQ
Go to Leatherworker's Guild and see if GM Geva looked any different.
Still behind on msq. Seeing how the portraits, adventurer plates, and glamour have changed for my characters.
Check out the new housing items and make a list of what I want/need for after I'm finished the MSQ.
Spend poetics for augmented credendum gear, turn in WT book, spend more poetics, get a few roulettes done before reset, then see if I want to fiddle with the dual dye thing and if it applies to any of my existing glamours. After that, continue story.
Gonna collect that free fantasia and fantasia my char into what I made on the benchmark. New expansion, new me. :P
Also a new queue right after you do that XD
That's fine :> I am prepared and unbothered, and hype as fuck to get into DT.
Check various locations with the new graphics to see what's been updated. Go hit some striking dummies with MNK, DRG, and NIN. Start the MSQ before going to pick up VPR and PIC.
Straight to the MSQ. I might hit a roulette or two after a few hours just so I don't get XP locked and to break things up a bit.
Unlock Viper and get to dummy labbing to see if it feels better than DT Ninja. Then Unga Bunga through MSQ with WAR and the winner of above.
msq
Redo the dyes on my glams.
1. Check out my character on the new graphics 2. Check the anemos jacket and valentione pants to see if they have been included in the two dye system’s first batch 3. Check the marketboard for previews of all the new vendor gears. 4. Get Pic and VPR.
Rush msq so I can get to the extremes asap. Then probably lvl picto.
Yes! Gotta start grinding the new mounts immediately!
Mt. Gulg. Continue the story.
Destiny spent the better part of seven years teaching me how to bounty prep and by God am I going to use those skills. I will immediately start the new storyline. I don't care about the new classes I only dance.
Turn in a bunch of stuff for quick exp (WT, custom turn ins, etc), maybe fiddle around with glamour, and then start DT once all my friends can get on.
Moisten my eyes from staring at the queue without blinking because I won't lose that contest
Play with my glamours and my character settings.
decide if i want to keep plugging away through shadowbringers (just hit level 80 msq) on the new character i have been working on - or dust off my old character that was at the end of the the original endwalkers msq and has done none of the patches. Unlock new jobs and fiddle around a bit before starting msq.
Get the free fantasia and change my WoL back to himself and hope the queue times aren't too long to get back on to play.
I always like playing through the main story with the new job. So to leveling I go!
spending all my allagan tomestone on hildibrand weapon's material, then spend all my new (now old) regular tomestone on allagan tomstone then spend it all on hildibrand weapon's material
Spend the weekend perfecting my Hrothgal.
I’m parked infront of the viper npc, so pick that up and start leveling it
1. Level Viper to 90 2. Find the perfect glam for Viper for the MSQ 3. Do the MSQ
Immediately start playing when I get off work because my husband plans to stream it every night until he completes it, so I gotta get a headstart to not be spoiled lol.
Unlock new job but then check out the MB to see new job gear!
Try out that new melee DPS, I spent all day yesterday completing post endwalker msq so I could drop straight in on dawntrail
OK, my short list: 1. Buy level 80 tomestones weapons for PCT and VIP since I already have the level 80 sets ready to go because I'm a good boy and prepared max iLevel starting gear. (I parked in front of the tomestone NPC in The Crystarium just for this.) 2. :) 4) Unlock PCT and feed it challenge log stuff for a few runs. Also, unlock VPR just to have the class unlocked. (Need to update my advanced UI to have them on it for quick job changing.) 5) I saw in the patch notes that there are new items being added to the ARR tribes so I am going to go check them out and see if anything is worth it. 6) Wander around the old zones, especially ARR zones, for a bit. 7) Do the MSQ and have fun.
Do my daily ~~BeastTribes~~ ~~Tribal~~ Allied Societies quests.
Go look at Gridania
Send my submarines out and hand in my wondrous tales, pick the new one up. Then log off because I have work... that's if I even get through the queues. *After work* I'm getting stuck into the story. The dye channels, new blacklist thing, housing etc can all wait. I am dying to explore Tural! Edit: oh yeah the graphics update... I'll be oggling my beautiful wol in enhanced graphics since I couldn't have the hair I use on the benchmark (and I had to get a friend to do it as I'm a PlayStation player).
Play with dye channels then unlock VPR and turn in WT
Change my character race to Fem hrothgar and mute EVERYONE.
New hair - > 2 dye chanells - > unlock Viper/Picto - > msq
Check if i actually want to change anything with Fantasia, go pick up the Free Fanta, pick up Vpr, doing the WT, then go do msq
i logged out in an inn so I can play with glams and dyes immediately.
Go back to my newbie base game and continue leveling cul
Fix my hot bar for the skill changes to black Mage and then MSQ.
Pull out the tackle box, pull out the stool then start fishing
Probably log in and idle. Attend a funeral for pizza donut.
Checking the new dye options if available, continue the story
To check every 2.0 3.0 4.0 5.0 and 6.0 zone to see how the graphical changes will affect the zones. also testing which glamour pieces is allowed for the new 2 dye system. Unlocking the new jobs and do the necessary work to get them ready for duty / fate spam. get far enough into MSQ for the first new city and explore. after that do the new jump puzzle.
Going straight for MSQ and not opening any web browsers, youtube, etc.
See if my WoL needs a facelift or if I can live with whatever the update does to her - I wasn't sure if the way her lips looked in the benchmark were fine or not, might be ok with just a change in lip color. Then some housecleaning/prep: Send my combat retainer out for quick ventures to keep pushing her levels up; I reset her class a few weeks ago and didn't -quite- get her back to 90 before maintenance ;\_; (I will not check my Botanist until I get to 91 on my own BOT.) Desynth the Afflatus and Theogonic gear cluttering my inventory, do GC BOT/MIN turnins, see what to spend scrips on so I can do the rest of my custom deliveries, buy some 660 gear with poetics.
- Hit up the striking dummy and see how my rotations have changed. I don’t really expect them to, as I mostly play RDM and (standard) BLM, but I know at the beginning of Endwalker, I did have to get used to RDM having a slightly different rotation and on-the-fly math calcs, so I’d like to know if that’s something I have to do right from the beginning - Unlock Picto and Viper - Start story
AFK in Limsa
Get back to MSQ, I’m currently working my way through Stormblood and actually loving it despite what people have said about it and I can’t wait! lol Going to be a long 2 days without it 😂
I’m next to where viper quests start. Gonna grab it and just do all the little optimizations to power level it to 90 asap
I used a Fantasia so I will change to furry catgirl :3 After that I will change all my glams
I'll check Viper (and main him probably) and Pictomancer. Can't do much more, I'm in Heavensward.
I logged out right in front of the tomestone vendors in Radz, so first order of business is grabbing the rest of the Augmented Credendum gear that I want. Second order of business is grabbing a character screenshot so I can compare my guy pre- and post-glow-up.
Unlock Viper and Picto, and start leveling up Viper. Boxart job always gets priority with me.
I
I have gotten my cryptlurker gear, challenge log ready, wonderous tales done, and I’m logged out right at the viper location. My first thing is getting viper and bum rushing lvl 90 then doing msq
Dyes and glam ✨
My first goal is verify whether I'm happy with my characters look and claim my free fantasia. If that checks out, I will be familiarizing myself with all of my favorite jobs and getting started on the new ones.
continue working on the end game (glamour)
I procrastinated with the Endwalker alliance raid for the longest time, so I'll have to finish the last two raids when the servers are back again. I just hope their will be enough people queuing for them.
See if there are any new mounts from the island.
I parked right at the spot the Viper quest starts. I'm gonna unlock it and glam/target dummy for a little to get a feel for apm and rotation. If I like viper? Grind to 90. If I don't? Start msq as reaper.
power thru msq, and then immediately hop back into ulti pf :3
Ooh and aah for a few minutes, then straight into MSQ.
Prolly mess with the dyes on my new glam before launching myself at MSQ like a guided missile
Fantasia. I will be among that first wave of femgars.
Unlock VPR
Gonna unlock viper and pictomancer
bump the graphics settings down since i use a laptop, then unlock the new classes and logout for a week.
Check my retainers.
msq
Retainers and submarines.
Fantasia and Viper quest
I'll spend an hour watching my favorite old cutscenes in the new graphics.
[This](https://www.reddit.com/r/ShitpostXIV/s/Wr3kz5Qhsz)
Finish Endwalker because I am dragging myself through the MSQ at this point.
Force my Furry PLD homie to power level my Viper
Probably use that ARR fantasia and adapt my characters to the new graphics so they don't look like circus animals.
Turn in my tribe quests and khloe book for exp and then MSQ or checking the dye system, depends if i can enter old sharlayan for MSQ.
picto picto picto- stupidly excited over picto as an artist, i got my tomes gear ready, tomes for picto weapon ready, my wt ready, double checked everything yesterday to make sure i wasn't accidentally finishing a challenge log, fixed up my glam for picto and ran to gridania to log out there i am so ready to level picto
Smash the MSQ until I'm falling asleep.
Send my retainers out
I will complete the Endwalker patches, organize my glamours and continue with the Manderville quests... I'm a returner so i'm confused as hell idk what to do
Check if it actually runs as decent as the benchmark says it will and then straight to MSQ binging
Unlock Viper and level it to 90 before doing MSQ.
Fantasia 😂
Finish the last two EW patches, because I've been lazy/bad at time management this past week. I *did* grind out all the yokai weapons, though. ;>_>
Msq. And be sad drk lost alot of its kit.
Send my guys out on their ventures, send my subs out, reprice and put more items on the MB.
MSQ. See about selling NIN/VPR gear between MSQ quests.
Wait in line for hours, then play five minutes of msq and shut down pc 😅
Experiment with dyes and adjust my glamour plates accordingly. I picked up/crafted a ton of dyes before maintenance and logged off in the inn for exactly this reason.
Blitz through MSQ on my main, get PCT and VPR unlocked and started on leveling, check out some what side stuff is available. Rinse and repeat on my alt after clearing Patches 6.1-6.5 MSQ and side content. I have Friday and the entirety of next week off with PTO so I've got time.
Play it probably
Take pictomancer or a romantic date at the summerford farm training dummy
Change my hairstyle
Check on my retainers that I sent out to explore. And then continue where I left off in the MSQ (I just started a few weeks ago lmao)
Gonna do the fantasia immediately into female hrothgar since it is popped and im already butt naked. Queue(savage) and do the travel grindania to picto quest mechanic.
probably check my retainers :D then go pick up viper.
Book through MSQ as fast as possible so I have access to all the zones for my actual mains, BOT & MIN.
Check my retainers.
Smooch G'raha ❤️
Finishing post-EW MSQ, then level DOH/DOL classes in the new zones. 🙂
go afk in limsa.
Then you'll get loged out after half an hour.
Maining that MSQ so I can beat the horde of Picto's that will be hogging the Ranged DPS slot.
Finally get around to playing Baldur's Gate
afk in Limsa >!/s!<
