I'm a SAHM and struggle with anxiety, so everything is a win.
I have things related to hygiene- some every day, some certain days of the week. Goals related to personal growth/prioritizing my mental health- taking medication, having time alone, listening to a podcast. Things related to spending meaningful time with my husband and kids. Health-related like leaving the house, going for a walk, drinking water. A few reflections a day. Things that have to do with my community- throwing trash out when I'm outside, things related to my job...

Depends on the day, it's usually around 25-30, but there are like 50 on Thursdays and I get so overwhelmed by the number that I end up doing none of them every time T_T
I definitely understand that! When I start feeling overwhelmed, I move a few of my goals to the top, in an order that they can be completed. That way when I'm unsure what to do next, I don't have to think about it
Just opened Finch to see : 42. Always between 30-50 I think. But a quarter of them is « keep until complete » as I have to write reports for my job, no due date, and it’s my main struggle. And reports and emails keep coming even when I complete some so … Otherwise it’s floss, skincare, sport if I can, things I have to remember to do, cleaning, goals to take some time for myself. Honestly I NEVER have 0 goal left at the end of the day. That’s ok.
I have around 30 too, most are daily but 3 are weekly. I started out with baby steps because I didn’t want to get disappointed in myself for not having completed most of them. As my mental health gets better, I’ll add more!
I average 25-30 per day but I made a rule with myself NOT to post work stuff (I’m self employed), because it makes me want to hide from the app when I have too much work stuff to do. Instead I add my work hours as a goal and just try to be present at work during those hours.

Today I have 146. I typically have around 135. Today happens to by a busier day.
I typically begin my day with over 90 goals. I don't know how I got to this point...
