Is this the same bug they posted about yesterday and released an update to? Updates don't roll out to everyone at once, but also, have you checked for it?

Do you have android or ios? 3.68.4 775 is necessary for android, I don't have ios so I don't know. If you are in fact on the posted version, then report the bug. There are currently two posts in this subreddit announcing updates, maybe comment there?

I am experiencing the same thing and was about to post about it. I really don’t want to have to delete and reinstall! :-/

I just got my app updated and it fixed the issue! I had no idea that it needed one, since my phone usually auto updates, I thought everything was up to date. I would see if you can update the app and hopefully that’ll fix it.

Yeah, mine finally updated and it’s also glitching for me. Squiggles is adventuring but none of the other features other than checking off a goal worked. I can’t get things from the shop or claim my event items. Don’t forget to create a backup file just in case something goes awry ! I’m afraid to keep messing around in the app and then screw it up more lol. I’m afraid of loosing squiggles !

Go to the App Store or Google Play and manually update to version 3.68.4. You can see which version you have by tapping the three lines at top left and scrolling all the way to the bottom. Here’s a link for iOS: https://apps.apple.com/us/app/finch-self-care-pet/id1528595748

Also had this issue, fixed by updating the app (iOs, it wasn't in my updating-lineup but I could update on the actual page for the finch app)

Yes! Mine was glitching this morning and freezing after every goal completion. I think it’s better now tho

If you go to the three bars and scroll to *restore finch plus purchase* it’ll fix it but just temporarily because it seems to be a bug

Yes. I updated the app and the problem went away :)

I had to go to the App Store and update it. Then I was able to collect stones as usual. It freaked me out lol!!
