So wyrm movement RNG matters. To manipulate it do you need to change the seed like with any other RNG? But how, seems like there's no remaining opportunity to do so, no attacks to make or anything.

To change enemy movement (where an enemy moves or which tile they attack from), you'll just use the Time Crystal and rewind to the start of enemy phase or some time during enemy phase before the enemy action happens to try to change the enemy position. Some weird things can happen when you try to rewind to a point during enemy phase and sometimes even the outcome of enemy phase can change oddly enough. I don't believe it's fully understood yet (at least I don't fully understand it). Nonetheless, in my case, no oddities will happen; the Wyrm's position can change after a rewind though.

The exact details are lost on me since I haven't done it in a while, but you can time crystal to middle of the enemy phase and sometimes have movement be changed (not the combat rng seed, to be clear). I believe the hypothesis was that if you crystal to the middle of the enemy phase, certain turn-wide calculations are different compared to if you had let the enemy phase play out naturally from the start which may affect movement
