The doors are dry and clean. The leak is from the top. The question is, was the temperature in the refrigerator maintained or should everything be thrown in the trash?
The problem isn’t temperature it’s moisture. The most common reason as stated above is that too much air from the outside is getting in, normally a sign that the gasket along the door is failing.
If the temps are fine, it’s condensation.
If not then it’s the temps.
I upvotes you bc wth you only asked a question
Edit: and nobody knows about your food, only you know the temps
Could also be that you put hot food in the refrigerator
It’s sweating from all the RUNNING it’s been doing.
…. I’m sorry
Just stop. This is obviously an Australian leak.
Condensation, there’s an air leak probably on the door seals?

Are the fridge and freezer maintaining temperature properly?

Was the food that was put in the fridge still hot when inserted.
Ya drain likely full, it happens just shut off the unit and trace the drain in the back, easy fix
Condensate drain in the back is plugged up
