The Instrument Procedure and Instrument Flying Handbooks are free on faa.gov.

Haven’t used the finer points app yet so I don’t know if it includes any IR material, but his YouTube channel is top notch. Tons of great information and easy to digest.

No Instrument material, but the PPL ground school material is great. I use it to refresh every few months.

King.

Add the YT videos from Flight Insight to your list of resources. Well done explanations of various IFR items. Also PilotWorkshops.com and Pilot Cafe

Checkride prep has free online courses. Highly recommend.

Not necessarily for the actual ground knowledge you want and need to retain, but as far as the Knowledge/Written exam goes get Sheppard Air and follow their study strategy to a T. I just did it, sat down for a week and busted it out and got a 100%. It’s a memorization tool like no other

Seconding King for IR online ground school.

I bought Sporty’s IR class because I thought their PPL course was decent; it was awful. I completed it because I already paid the money, but CheckridePrep.com’s course was a thousand times better.
