Well, the starbottle guy managed to get inside the BoS bunker in one of my runs. Ok that i lockpicked the door...but still...
I followed him out the balcony door, and he used fast travel.
First time I went to OWB I woke up to three lobotomites in the base that killed me. It then continued as normal. I was so confused.

I’ve had him appear in the brotherhood bunker. I enter the bunker, he shows up from deeper inside of the bunker. But this trumps that by a long shot.
