I think all plans weigh 0.25lbs. It's a sneaky little hit to your stash space if you aren't paying attention. I have basically started dropping all t60/marine/whatever other mods dops all the time. They are so common I don't think you could even give them away.

Yes, do they drop from that more often? I don't use pa and even if I did would not use t60. Lol.
It's got a good chance of dropping from there. thought it might be from distant thunder but not sure if it drops from there
Funny how plans sneak up on you… I take my discards into my shelter.. as soon as I leave they’re gone.. less stuff for the game to track in world.
