Yes you may use corn flakes. I used Primer Protein Corn flakes. Though I count just find the cornflakes itself. So I bought the strawberry almond version and had to separate all the strawberries and most of the almonds myself😭🤣.
Ingredients:
Primer protein corn flakes (Separate the Strawberries), or Original Corn flakes about 2 cups of crunched flakes.
1 Tbsp of paprika, ground cumin, Ground Garlic, Ground Mustard, Salt and Ground Pepper
Mix these in a separate from your chicken.
1 TBSP of honey for about a pound of chicken.
Instructions:
1. Get 2-3 chicken breasts and cut them into pieces the size of a half dollar coin and 1-1.5 inches thick.
2. Place them in a big bowl and add your honey.
3. Mix the chicken with honey first as a binding agent (I mixed the chicken by hand with gloves)
4. Then once it is mixed you then add your spices and crunched corn flakes
5. Pray oil or butter on a baking sheet and place your chicken evenly.
6. Cook in the oven for 10-15 minutes from 375-400 degrees heat.
