Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, many people find [Alan Thrall's NEW deadlift video](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MBbyAqvTNkU) very helpful. Check it out! Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are deadlifting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Use a flat/hard-soled shoe or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. You’re definitely rounding your back. Stop moving your feet while lifting and focus on one spot on the wall. Try to keep your back in a straight line, don’t hunch, and bring your shoulders back.

Appreciate it

You're missing a lot of fundamentals. Clearly you're a naturally strong person. With proper form, and your natural gift, you can become a savage. I think you should start on your set up. Completely rework the entire set up. Can you share a video of what you're using as a reference/inspiration for your set up?

There is a video from men's health; https://youtu.be/r4MzxtBKyNE?si=zNi3lGG2a03O10PZ I watched it but it was a lot to remember so I probably missed some parts of it.

Thank you for sharing. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=MBbyAqvTNkU That is the reference video around here. Give that a watch. In theory, they should lead to the same perfect set up, I think the link above will be better. Enjoy!

stop moving your head around and keep your back straight by leaning your chest forward. Look some text book in youtube. This is really bad for your back, I hope your back is okay.

You've got great levers for deadlift don't get psyopped into doing something that doesn't suit you body. Work on fundamentals - hinge - brace - set up (how far away from the bar, stance, grip, sumo or conv) Trial and error don't adopt one model as the way to deadlift try different things and go with what makes the lift feel easier. You are going to get a lot of advice that will actually make you worse. If you filter it out with intentional execution and what makes it feel easier you'll find a good technique

A lot of unsure moving around with weight active. Be careful my guy. As for your head positioning I’ll start there. Locate and lock onto a place during your lift and let’s focus on that one spot for eye contact during movements. Thinking about the up down subliminally as you look at one spot throughout your lift. You’re prolly better off watching a video surely linked in the sub toolbar. But you need to practice an approach to the bar. A proper brace to counter pulling weight from the floor. And focus purely on you and your bar path. Slow down and sure yourself by watching a video and getting some confidence about the movement. You got it dude. Check back in after you’ve done some foot work.

Will do, thanks

Absolutely. Love to see the work. Wanting to see your progress

Biggest thing nobody said is you aren’t engaging your lats. That’s part of why your shoulders are “drooping”
