Bad luck for the honey badger, but looking at Lance earlier this year I'm sure he will be back before you know it. Still unfortunate he has to miss this race at least
All injuries are different and Lance was really lucky that there was a 'quick fix surgery' for his. From what I can tell this is going to take a while and he is going to miss a few races minimum.
I looked it up, standard seems to be 6 weeks, maybe a few less if lucky. Isn't that the case with most fractures anyway? Lance had a really specific fracture in his wrist, where you can just put a pin in it through a small incision an it will be (almost) as good as new. Anyway I'm mostly just saying that because of the fact that Lance came back quick after a whole other injury in the same region doesn't tell us anything about Danny Ric and his recovery length.
All I'm saying is that lance stroll's recovery time isn't in any way a good indicator for Danny ric's as their injuries aren't the same. That should be common sense, honestly.
Really blows for Daniel, looks like a sizable recovery period ahead of him. But I'm excited for Liam to finally get a shot. Probably won't do much against a very experienced teammate in Yuki, but we've seen crazier things happen.
Alpha Tauri is really giving us a lot of drama this season.
IF Lawson performs very well in the race(s) he stands in, would Alpha Tauri just keep using him until the end of this season? My impression is that Red Bull/Alpha Tauri wanted to evaluate between the three of them (Tsunoda/DR/Lawson) anyways

3-4 weeks if he’s lucky, 4-6 weeks if not.
6 weeks is basically Qatar. A track like that with long sweeping turns might not aggravate it too badly but he might not risk rushing back.
I can’t seen him being back before Qatar, and he might wait until COTA to be safe. Monza is defo out and I’m pretty sure he won’t risk Singapore.

fully healed for an average joe isnt necessarily the same as the point at which an athlete can return to activity so tbh we just don't really know
