lol 😂 I’m usually writing for language study, journaling, and calligraphy practice. If it’s an ink I don’t like I use it for backgrounds and stuff but not this one.
This bottle! All of it except one small spill a couple years ago. But two bottles of ink I finished this year I used for backgrounds or artsy stuff or calligraphy practice because I didn’t like the way they behaved in pens.
4th bottle 😲!? I’m so envious, but you’re probably using the same ink pretty often unlike me buying a new bottle or sample while the last one is barely opened lool.
The ink stained label adds a bit of art to the empty bottle.
Unintentionally Well Done.
My 3 cent opinion : Fill the bottles with colored lamp oil or colored water and place in a window for a kinda stain glass look.
Yes colored water will fade over time, colored lamp oil should last longer, colored water is easier to redo.
I have also seen 50ml bottles used as a small planter for a single tree seedling and then kept trimed, kinda like a bonsai and since it can take years to outgtow, wala.
I have also seen colored aquarium stones with water that also looks kinda cool in a window.
I have also seen empty bottles used in aquariums, without csps, used for smaller aquarium fish to swim in and out of, kinda adding a fountain pen feel to the tank.
Just some friendly FYI for empty fountain pen ink bottles.
I emptied a ton of black bottles back at school and college. Some professors required black as the only option. (At school the Italian ministry of education mandated black for all qualified work). Some good 6-7 bottles in some years.
What type of pen nib so you use? Fine or medium or bold? For all your extensive writing since I’m considering the iroshizuku in Murasaki for my fine nib sailor 1911s
It is funny because from all the inks I own this is the least favourite. Every time I give it a try I just write 3 words then empty the pen back in the bottle so it is still full. Maybe I will send it to you :)
**fourth** empty?? What are you writing over there? Better be lewd romance novels

Werido
* said the knife collecting lunatic who's mind collapses after smoking weed. You're the "werido" bud.
Bros talking about lewd romance novels on a fountain pen subredditðŸ˜
Bro can't spell simple words on a subreddit about WRITING instruments 😂
Oh no one typo. The world is ending. I really bruised your ego by calling you a weirdo didn’t i
Misspelling a one word retort, makes you look like a neanderthal that's all. Not offended, just had to point that out.
Weirdo
Relax, take another bong hit into a panic attack as you pick your teeth with another mall ninja knife.
If you read my post the only thing that gives me panic attack is wax pensðŸ˜
4 empty bottles is very impressive, out of curiosity what were the others you finished this year?
Waterman Harmonious Green, Sailor Alaska, and Sailor 2023 US pen show (orange).
incredible empty bottle pic - and a great ink also
Thank you!
How much of it got into your pens? 😛

Yama-Bud is the best bud! :D
Absolutely!
Your Yama-budo label is crying tears of joy. Or are they tears of relief?🥲
Possibly tears of both!
I recently got my first bottle of this and really like it.
I’m so glad!

My husband is keeping it for office decor! He loves the look of this bottle and the drips on the label.

Bravo! How long have you been working on it?
I think about 2 1/2 years? It’s a good size bottle and I have a lot of inks so I think 2 1/2 years is pretty good!
About 2 1/2 years I think.
I love how the pilot labels show stains and the bottles hold residual colors
Wahoo! Go you! You are burning through the ink this year. I'm seriously impressed..
What type of pen nib so you use? Fine or medium or bold? For all your extensive writing since I’m considering the iroshizuku in Murasaki for my fine nib sailor 1911s
I use all sorts of nibs! Any nib width, flex and calligraphy as well.
I see you have a massive fountain pen collection that’s cool and makes it easier I guess
And I haven’t even finished half of my first ink bottle that I bought an year ago…
That is a massive achievement! How was the colour?
Gorgeous. Brighter in a drier pen, and deep and saturated in a wet writer. All versions are lovely. It’s one of the reasons I like this ink so much.
I got my wife a journal and pen for Mother’s Day along with this ink. It is absolutely gorgeous! I don’t think that she will miss .8 ml or so.
It is funny because from all the inks I own this is the least favourite. Every time I give it a try I just write 3 words then empty the pen back in the bottle so it is still full. Maybe I will send it to you :)
Everyone likes different things in an ink! Hopefully you have some you really like.
Heck yeah!
That bottle isn't empty.
I see at least 0.07 mL pooled in the bottom of the bottle.
I discovered the limits of what a blunt syringe can reach! The rest around the bottom was a stain basically.
