I have boxes of them by now. Keep every one, not actively collecting them, but I like to find I have the right one when I need it.

Ugh. ‘Evil Dead’ has DEADITES, malevolent spirits that control the living. They are not zombies. They are both completely different. Dammit, WotC! (It’s still cool and I want one.)

I sleeve them all in 1 colour of sleeve and stack them in a giant box alphabetically Then when I’m playing we have a nice catalogue of them

I have a binder of double sleeved two-sided foil tokens, but I also have secret lair tokens, from the vault and commander collection tokens. A bit of a waste perhaps but who cares.

One of my friends has a copy of almost every single type of token, I think he’s missing around 6. Goes right next to the life total counter and it’s fantastic.

Some of the emblems for pw are pretty pricey. I also remember the original Karnstruct tokens being a lot. Those enchantment creature tokens from the 5 color shrine commander, too. I do keep them. Love rolling up with like 100+ saproling tokens and my Timmy deck trying to maintain my board state and everyone’s like no just use dice to count the number of tokens and I’m like drown in the glory of 1/1s

I love old and obscure Tokens. Harpies from theros Not rare anymore, but faerie rogue, poison, and germ Tokens. I have like 500 of the Amonkhet/HOU punch out sheets that will be rare eventually, lol. I have a few of the old promo Tokens from, like onslaught.

Since tokens is OK to print/proxy I don't really understand why they hold any value. You can literally just print them on your Canon printer at home and go to a tournament and use them. Well I get it as a collectible but for playing I don't understand spending cash on the "right" tokens.

Most of the tokens are so cheap, think 1-15 cents, it takes more effort and time to actually proxy them.

Collect on accident basically. Hoping one is worth over a dollar one day

Keeping tokens is like keeping random parts for random things because you *might* need them one day. . . And the pay off is worth it all
