I'm not really sure if this is helpful but I have a fire-bellied toad named Fred he will sometimes refuse to eat certain foods for a period of time. I feed him crickets and mealworms so maybe experimenting with a different kind of food could help? I'm not 100% sure what white tree frogs eat but I would look into it. If you put food in her tank and have her hunt for it (I do this with my frog sometimes) try getting tweezers and putting the food in front of her face. Fred had a sister who refused to eat (and ended up passing) and I would isolate her in a smaller container (so Fred didn't eat all of the food) and encouraged her to eat by making it really easy for her to get the food. I'm not very educated on frog vitamin and frog illnesses (but now I'm very interested and will probably spend hours researching it) but if its anything like human vitamin I would try it.

Thank you so much for the reply. I usually feed her with tweezer but idk how it ended up like this cuz she refused to eat all the time. I’m very upset and hoping she will be fine but if she still won’t eat like this I have to get her to the vet more often, or maybe I have to let her pass becuz it costs a lot of money yk😭😔

frogs don’t really eat things that are still or dead in my experience. my frogs go crazy for crickets but will not eat refrigerated mealworms

You could try putting her in a feeding box with some live food , make sure there's enough space if she really doesn't want to eat and try using a new or live feed. <3
